“Watch City Pharmacy offers quite literally a night and day improvement over the chains and even other independents. They are always on time with refills (I recently called one in and… it was already being filled!), they have successfully lined up all my refills for a once monthly drop (one visit vs 5-10 at other pharmacies), and the customer service is superb. I’ve never received a “your refill is ready” only to find it is not (I’m looking at you CVS). Fast, friendly, on time. There’s no comparison to the other providers. Keep up the great work!”

“Crown Colony Pharmacy, Quincy, MA puts every commercial pharmacy I've ever dealt with to shame, except for the former Oldens Pharmacy, S. Weymouth, Ma, which was another excellent pharmacy. The people at Crown Colony have always treated me with kind, helpful and respectful personal service. Their perscription service is unmatched! Every medication I require they always have, and if on occasion they don't have it, they order and have it within a day or two. “This is literally the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The wonderful proprietors really care about their customers, how much they pay for prescriptions, how quickly they get their prescriptions and how easy they are to communicate with. There are so few Mom and pop shops left in Boston, it really is a hidden gem. When I first signed up, they asked me what I was allergic to, and I realized that no pharmacist had ever asked me that before. A very concerning thought, when you think about the fact that these people are managing our health to a certain extent. I like this pharmacy so much that I will go out of my way to process my prescriptions there. 10/10 recommend. Keep these people in business!”

“My 2 year son was inpatient at MGH, it was Christmas Eve. He needed a specific medication compounded, the hospital could not do this. The place we normally go also could not, because it was Christmas Eve. He was able to be discharged and home for Christmas because Seth at Gary Drug made it happen.”

“I switched to Winchester Pharmacy today from one of the “ larger “ Pharmacy. I needed a mediation from another manufacture and the Pharmacy I have been using for years made no attempt to assist me in this problem. The manufacture they were using gave me severe headache. I called the pharmacist from Winchester Pharmacy , not only did he listen to my concerns , he filled my prescription within an hour -I highly recommend Winchester Pharmacy and I love helping a local small business owner !”

“They have carried out a nice renovation since I was there last. I had defected to using Market Basket which is closer to my house. I was not expecting to go to Hannaford's today but was with a friend so we stopped there. The problem: since I wasn't in my own car, I had no supermarket shopping bags with me. It is bad enough that you have to pay 10 cents a bag to carry out your food. Guaranteed the bags do not cost them 10 cents apiece. WORSE: the paper bags were garbage. They tore almost immediately when I tried to pick them up. They weren't that heavily loaded but all three tore. If they are going to make you pay for paper bags, the least they can do is give you a functional bag.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Skenderians! Have been going here for over 30 years for all our family prescriptions. They are NEVER without resources, whatever your medical problem. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional about prescriptions, OTC medications, and exactly what a customer needs to do to jump through the insane hoops EVERY insurance company presents. “Great store! Excellent customer service from manager Dennis who is always helpful and goes above and beyond for customers. Derrick and Omega are great with excellent people skills but DEFINITELY a different experience at night with a grumpy shift leader named Mikael. Not only is he not helpful but his attitude almost spoils it for the whole store. Other than one bad apple that works at night named Mikael this store really cares about customer service. 5 stars from me but I won't go in at night anymore unfortunately:(:(:(”
