“I really like the Extra Space Storage on Washington Street in JP. The facility looks secure and well-maintained. A special shout-out to Paula, who went above and beyond and was super helpful during my move-in process. Her welcoming attitude made all the difference. Highly recommended.”
“Had a great experience the other day at this facility. Was worried about the lost keys but super friendly and helpful person (Nick) at the office helped me out in a matter of minutes. I recovered access to my unit right away.”
“The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their prices are lower than other storage companies in the area. As we saw how much we were going to put in storage, we decided to get a bigger unit, and they helped us switch quickly before we moved stuff in. Carts are available for moving in and out.”
“Stephen was such a great help! He moved big bags and suitcases from my car up to the unit rented. Thank you so much! No other place to rent at! Shout out to you Stephen!!!!!”

“I have used Gentle Giant on more than one occasion in moves within Boston and to another state. I have also used other Boston movers for in-city moves. Hands down, Gentle Giant is the most professional outfit around, with moving teams who know what they are doing, and, better yet, care about it. Their moving skills are terrific, but how they train and manage their employees is even more impressive.”
“I had a great experience with this storage facility. Andy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through the facility, showed me the entrances and exits, explained everything clearly, and even recommended the best place to park for easy access to my unit.
The facility is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Andy’s professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for storage in the area. If I ever need storage again in the future, I would definitely come back here. Thank you, Andy, for all your help! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I had a great experience with 617 Movers! I had a 1-bedroom move out to storage and then a long-distance move from Boston to NYC. All of my things were moved quickly and with such care. Movers were kind and extremely helpful and communicative. Big shout out to Alex, he was awesome! Moving is stressful, but they made it feel so much easier. Also fairly priced, even in the peak of moving season.”

“We had a fantastic experience with Boston Best Rate Movers! Our moving team was Sergio, Rafael, and Nelson. They arrived on time and got right to work. They’re super fast, efficient, and skillful in packing boxes and moving large furniture. We had three stops in our move (picking up items from two places), including complete packing at one of the stops. The team was very fast and got everything done in about 6 hours. Sergio even fixed a table leg that had been broken before the movers arrived and we hadn’t had a chance to fix yet. They also disassembled and reassembled a somewhat complicated bedframe with zero issues. Thanks so much to the team for making our move easy and stress-free!”
“I have been with Public storage for years and the customer service there is more than expected. The property manager LISA, has always been a big help and professional. She is great at communicating and real honest and give great information”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Octopus Moving and Storage! From the very first call to the final box being placed exactly where I wanted it, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient.
They handled all of my belongings with great care, wrapping fragile items securely and making sure everything arrived in perfect condition. The movers were friendly, respectful, and worked quickly without cutting corners. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and worry-free.
Their pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, and the customer service was responsive and helpful every step of the way. I truly felt like my move was in good hands.

“Recently had a moving experience with Bunker Hill. The team of three gentlemen were attentive, efficient, and friendly. All around great experience from initialing scheduling with Marcos and team to final furniture installed and checkout occurred on site. Job well done. I will definitely recommend. Great experience.”
“Thoroughly impressed! Excellent customer service. Attention to detail. Kind, polite and thoughtful movers. No mess left behind. Price even came in below the estimate. Absolutely wonderful experience and we won’t hesitate to hire them again.”
“We have had a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Norwood and Tim has been key to that experience. We just downsized from a large unit to a medium and there was no question we would stay with the same facility.”
“The customer support lady at this facility is the best! I was able to book the unit and move out effortlessly. Book this facility if you want to save yourself a headache of risking or losing your money while trying to change units in any case of an emergency. This facility had given me the best customer friendly booking experience!”
“I've been to many different ExtraSpace locations. Hands down this one has been home. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The site is always clean also.”
“Our experience at this storage facility was excellent. Their representative, John, a kind South Asian man, was very detailed, organized, and thorough. He answered all of our questions and even asked us questions we didn’t think about when we were bringing in some bulky items! We are delighted the prices were so reasonable compared to other units and especially how accommodating he was as we were booking a unit last minute. We look forward to our continuing contract here.”
“I recently moved from Andover, MA to Peabody, MA to Dedham, MA. I had a storage unit in Salem, NH while living in Andover, MA but moved out when I moved to Peabody thinking I no longer needed it. However, as luck would have it that move didn't work out and I found myself needing a storage unit again. Anyway, long story short they have been excellent, very welcoming and accommodating. They are easy to work with and always very professional. I would recommend them if you're looking for a storage facility.”
