“The guys at the store were good.
However phones sales where I arranged to buy the phone told me I could trade in my own iPhone 6. The add says any phone, any condition.
The store told me I was required to turn in my current iPhone 11. Not happy.
I got home and pictures would not sync- the store was good helping me get that fixed.
They sold me a Pelican case with belt clip that performed Bradley- unit fell on the floor every time it was unclipped - they were happy to take back.
Overall an ok experience- the guys in the store worked well to get me satisfied.

“Several years ago they replaced the camera on my Iphone7 at a negligible price. Recently the battery had good diagnostics but the phone kept shutting down. Dan & Thomas figure it out, ordered parts and resolved the problem at the quoted price. Wonderful people, incredible work ethic, very grateful for there knowledge and candor.”
“I have been a customer with Verizon Wireless for over 27 years. Last Friday I went into your store to get myself a new Samsung 26 standard phone. Justin was helpful and patient with my questions on protective covers. He orders me the phone color I wanted and put away the accessories I wanted. He helped me to lower my high plan and told me he would call me when my phone arrived. Not even two minutes after a text from UPS that my phone was delivered, Justin called me in to setup my phone with the screen protector and transfer of a lot of items. Justin is patient and knowledgeable, I would definitely go back to him for a new phone in the future.”

“just had a great experience at the plymouth store. came from kingston where the attitude of employees drove me out of their location, came right here and was well taken care of. got everything on my account fixed that we have been trying to have fixed for years. hannah was extremely helpful with getting us all fixed up. can’t say enough good things about this location. will definitely be using this location now over kingston.”
