They are consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whether I need assistance calculating shipping costs, selecting the right packaging, or even picking out new stamps, they take the time to walk through everything clearly and patiently.
During the holidays, I have brought in large batches of Christmas packages, and even when the line was long and the workload was heavy, they remained calm, organized, and kind throughout the entire process. That level of patience and customer service truly stands out.
They make what can sometimes be a stressful task feel simple and manageable. I genuinely appreciate how approachable and knowledgeable the entire team is.
I cannot recommend the Devens USPS location highly enough.”

“Usually, for no fault of the staff at Walgreens, every time I go to send an item out by dropping it off at FedEx On-site located within, the item is too large for them to accept. I wish FedEx could either make exceptions or be a little clearer on the specifications regarding what type/size/weight a package must be before I drive to an onsite location. I feel that maybe a short disclaimer on Google Maps, right above the hours of operation, like for example: "Packages larger than X" are not accepted.", would help to curb some of our disappointment in this scenario.”
“TLDR: Established location, but the problem is it's downtown and parking is very limited. Counter service has always been great when needed, but there is a self-service kiosk that handles a lot of my needs so that is a huge plus.
Details: The Leominster Post Office that's downtown is a mainstay. It offers every service the USPS has including a self-service kiosk.
I avoid going here though because the traffic and parking is a major hassle. There's on-street parking in front and across the street plus two small lots on either side of the building. Either option isn't ideal due to traffic and the lots are small in size holding a total of eight or nine cars.
The interior lobby is well maintained, spacious, and bright. Although the layout is odd. Against the farthest left wall is the self-service kiosk and receptacles for prepaid packages. Have regular stamped envelope(s) to mail? That receptacle is in the middle.
It's a little confusing have to crisscross the lobby instead of having all self-service and drop-off receptacles closer together. Maybe it's because the building is older?
Since this is a main office, it can be busy. The clerk-staffed counter is to the far right and can queue up fast depending on the time of day. Even if there is a long line, the clerks are efficient in managing the volume so wait time isn't huge.
Sometimes I'm in line and they'll pick out people who have simple, quick transactions like getting a book of stamps or dropping off a pre-labeled package and need to pay which is a smart way to operate.
Parking issues and the odd lobby layout aside, my experiences here have always been great compared to other post offices. Experiences can and may vary, but for me, when I need to go to a post office, the Leominster office experience is consistent.”

“I went in for a passport photo after phoning to see if an appointment was needed (it wasn’t for a Tuesday or wednesday) No one in lobby or behind the counter. A quick press of a bell summoned Melissa, the most cheerful, helpful, and efficient customer service person I had dealt with in years. She was a wealth of information on the process, and after taking the photo, she showed it to me for my approval. Wow ?. The reviews talking about rude service can’t possibly be about this ray of sunshine ?.We need to clone her! Thank you Melissa!”

“I had to call this USPS location today because of a customers lost package. The employee I spoke with, Jeremy, went ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me figure out what happened and where this package went. After discovering where the lost package was, Jeremy took it upon himself to retrieve the package from the wrong address to hand deliver it back to my office. All in a matter of a half hour. If that aint getting things done, I dont know what is. Not only is he a phenomenal postal worker, he is an amazing people person and is hysterical! Thank you for the laughs and for going out of your way to help me today! You are outstanding at what you do and you, without a doubt, deserve a raise and a promotion!”

“I can’t say enough about the kindness of the owner of this UPS Store. I was shipping posters and stakes honoring children lost to substance use disorder to Vermont for an International Overdose Awareness Day vigil. The cost was over $500. When I explained that I was a nonprofit providing grief support to bereaved parents, he quietly took everything to the back and charged me just over $100—for the posters.
I was overwhelmed by his generosity. He unknowingly helped send these memorial posters to an event where the parents of these children will attend—some seeing their child’s poster for the very first time.
