“BEST customer service i have EVER received. Im a Sr Citizen and find most technology challenging. MICHAEL WOOD had the patience of a Saint. Not only did he help us find the best and most affordable plan for my fiance and I but he called us numerous times to check on why our router wasn't working. I had to bring it back so he could show me what to. Transferring our phones from Verizon was also fairly seamless....and again he was kind, Patient, professional and very knowledgeable. We suffered with poor Verizon reception and awful Verizon customer service and we're hesitant to switch because I thought it would be a nightmare. Michael made the switch enjoyable with his sense of humor and fast with his knowledge
Highly recommend the Pittsfield store. He deserves a raise or at least a bonus”
“These people are incredibly helpful, professional, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Berkshire Wireless Repair for all of your mobile service and accessories needs.”
“This store is so helpful when having phone conversions and plan questions. Have never been treated so well at any Verizon store.! I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years. Thanks so much for your great customer service.”

“Victor patiently walked me through each step of purchasing a new iphone, new ipad, and the accessories I needed. He answered my questions and concerns, some even before asked. I feel fully confident I can now adapt to a new line of products with the excellent service and support I received from Victor”
