“Cumbys always has a lot of good stuff. it's usually really cool, the air conditioner is always on and on a summer day it's nice to walk in here after a long hot day. Theres always a large selection of snacks and drinks to choose from and it's not too crowded. A good amount of parking is usually available”

“Two days ago, I and my husband stopped at the Ludlow Service Plaza on Highway 90 to rest. When we tried to start our SUV, the battery power was low and my SUV wouldn't start. I asked several drivers parked nearby, but none of them had battery cables to help. I was extremely worried. I approached the seller of Gas Station, Golf Express, in the parking lot and asked for help. He immediately called his father who came over 10 minutes later with battery cables. It was a tremendous help. We are deeply grateful to the father and son; they left a lasting impression on us. Yaping.”

I overheard her helping other customers and making sure people had the right pump number and was very impressed with the level of customer service. Love her positive attitude, I wish more people had her work ethic and kindness.”
