“Hello, I like to share my experience with the great service I received at the 734 Western Ave, Lynn, Mass location. the Manager Amina was awesome, I cannot say enough great things about her support with helping me set up a new phone upgrade for both me and my grandson. Amina knows her job and was even schooling support techs at T-Mobile with activating my new phones. T-Mobile Tech initially was not as knowledgeable as Amina as Amina had to walk them through a process in order for my activation to be verified and valid. If it wasn't for Amina I am sure my waiting time would have been much longer.

“I had a great experience after having a hirb ile night are expensive with the metro PCs in Salem on Washington Street that metro I suggest nobody EVER goes to even if your having a EMERGENCY don't go there ! But this metro was amazing they were very kind to me after I was having a very bad day due to metro in Salem..... A man from this metro named Angel and a women helped me that day they went above and beyond 4 me I'm very grateful for all they did . Thank you ?”

“Jennifer really made my day again. I always do everything online and never have to go in a store for help. But recenty I got so busy with my new born and when my phone was not working for a whole day I couldn't call anyone, I got so stress so I went in the store to ask for help and Jennifer was so nice to me and helped me so much.... she tried her best to look for a solution. It was almost time for her to go home but she helped me until we figured things out. I highly recommend Jennifer, she knows so much, she is very good with phones...
