“After trying to complete service over the Phone and then in person at another place, I ended up at Verizon in Peabody on Andover Street. After the failed attempts, I didn’t know if they could help me. And to be quite honest I was tired of trying.. Without telling them that I was overwhelmed, I got Chris who was more than helpful and made me feel like it was the easiest process in the world.. Chris was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the steps I had to take to get what I needed. Honestly, I think the universe sent me Chris because I needed him in that moment. Give that man a raise!”
