“I cannot thank Matt, Ricardo and the entire team at Impact Collision Center enough for taking such incredible care of me. I hydroplaned on the highway near Boston, which was a terrifying experience, and my car ended up needing major collision repairs, including replacing the ceiling and seat airbags and outside work. From day one, Matt and Ricardo completely put my mind at ease. They were exceptionally kind, professional, and transparent walking me through every step of the repair process and keeping me updated the entire time. When I picked up my vehicle, the craftsmanship was flawless, and they even returned it spotless inside and out. Dealing with an accident is overwhelming, but they made the entire experience seamless. If you need honest, high-quality collision repair, Impact Collision Center is the absolute best!”

“You will not find a better, more fairly priced, more efficient place to get your batteries tested and replaced. This guy is honest, hard working, and incredibly nice. You will leave there feeling good about giving him business rather than big chain places who only care about money over quality. Could not recommend Royal Battery enough.”

“The team at Collex did such an amazing job repairing my car after an unfortunate hit and run. I am very particular about my vehicle, so at first I was a little hesitant to leave it to a shop I never heard of before. Brittany was fantastic at accurately communicating everything that needed to be done and when it would be done, providing constant updates, and keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. Also, was very helpful in getting the rental appointment setup and I was able to receive the rental the day I dropped it off and left it in the same spot when the car was finished being repaired. I wouldn't recommend another shop to anyone else after the experience I had. Very grateful for the work performed!”

“After several negative experiences with other mechanics, I was hesitant to try a new shop. However, Junior was incredibly professional, accommodating, and honest. They replaced my lower front bumper and repaired a dent on the driver's side door perfectly. Junior and his team did an outstanding job, and my car looks brand new again. I'll definitely be coming back if I need work done again and I highly recommend giving Junior's a chance.”

“I recently had the unfortunate experience of my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek being sideswiped while parked, but thanks to Mike Mercurio, the owner of Bodyworks Unlimited, the repair process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the moment I contacted him, Mike took charge. He expertly handled all communication with my insurance company, which was a huge relief. He also facilitated a rental car for me through Enterprise, and it was clear they have a well-established relationship, as Enterprise knew exactly where his shop was. What truly impressed me was the quality of his work and his dedication to customer service. I was surprised to see several Chelsea Police Department vehicles being repaired at his shop, which immediately signaled that he's trusted by professionals who demand high standards. My own experience confirmed this – the repair on my Crosstrek was flawless. Mike was quick, provided excellent service, and kept me informed every step of the way. I met with him three times, and each time he greeted me with a genuine handshake and a wide smile, making me feel valued and reassured. I couldn't be more satisfied with Mike's work and the overall experience at Bodyworks Unlimited. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused auto body shop, I highly recommend Mike Mercurio and his team.”

“I had some minor damage and chose them blindly due to location. I was very pleased with the customer service and work done. The front desk people are very friendly and my old car feels new, even if just for a while. The first time estimate was a swing and miss, but they made up for it by getting it done earlier than the second time estimate.”

“As a woman with no experience with cars and being single, I had to walk into a shop full of men and ask for help. Even though the men there were extremely gracious to begin with and found out what the issue was and called my dealership because they thought that it was an extended warranty type issue, they sent me home and told me they'd call me. They never did. I called the mid-afternoon he told me people get busy and was a little bit rude about it and told me he'd call me by the end of the day and he never did. I found another mechanic and I actually called them and I told them that if they say they're going to call somebody, they need to stick to their word, they are a business, and because of them not getting back to me at all, I went to another mechanic and I gave them all of my business which was a 1500 dollar job, and the part that I originally went for, was covered by my dealership. So they lost out on the money and I'll never go back. But I will say and the reason I gave them four stars was because when I originally walked in there they were very nice and being a woman on her own, that was appreciated. However, they need to work on their follow-through”
