He helped me add air to the tire and took the time to explain what was going on, giving recommendations that were truly in my best interest, not just trying to make a sale. It was clear he was trying to save me money and do the right thing. Really refreshing to find an auto shop with this level of integrity and kindness. Highly recommend!”

I stopped in a spot in front of the entrance, gave them my keys, went to Stop & Shop right next door to kill time, came back in 15 minutes and the car was done. Super quick and friendly. “I came to Sica's a while ago with a grinding every time I stepped on the brakes. Its an old Toyota with low mileage and was horrified that I'd have to pay a fortune for new brakes. (I'm a good driver but follow the speed limit. People pull out in front of me and I need to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting them) Ritchie checked my brakes, gave me back the car the next day and said they're not quite ready for new breaks just yet. “I had an outstanding experience at Junior’s Auto Body in Malden. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with real professionalism and respect. Junior took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done, gave me a clear and honest estimate, and never tried to upsell or add unnecessary work. He’s a real classic, tough love kinda guy who knows the real meaning of hard work.
In only a couple of days the quality of the repair was excellent, my car looks brand newww. The paint match is perfect, the body lines are clean, and you’d never know there was damage in the first place (wicked good). They also finished the job earlier than expected, which is rare for body work.
What separates this shop is the honesty and pride they put into their work. It feels like a place you can trust with any job, big or small. And i mean If you’re in Malden or anywhere nearby, I highly recommend Junior’s Auto Body. Fair prices, great communication, and flawless results. I won’t take my car anywhere else now. “The owner of this place is an amazing person!! I literally got a flat tire half a mile down the road from this location on my way to work. I continued to drive with the flat tire until I reached his shop. As I approached the garage I noticed he was currently working on another vehicle up on the lift. So I figured I'd be waiting for some time. He stopped what he was working on and told me to pull the truck up. I was very surprised. He then filled the tire and plugged the hole and I was on my way in about 20 minutes!!! An amazing job to say the least. Highly recommended this place”
