“My family and I have lived in Avalon for 2 years now. It is a very safe and quiet community. The maintenance team is exceptional. They go above and beyond to fix the issues quickly. My only complaint is people not picking up dog poop around the community and in the dog park even after receiving multiple warning emails. Other than that our stay here has been very pleasant.”
