“If there was an option for 6 stars, they would get it. Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. My cars front bumper was ripped off in an accident and while working with the insurance company we kept coming up with a five to six weeks window for repairs. Upon calling RCC they were able to get the car to their shop within two or three days and even arraigned for flatbed pickup to and from my house to the shop. The level of professionalism and communication was top shelf- they would text or call at every step of the process and took it upon themselves to handle the financials with the insurance company. “Had my truck repaired here thru insurance. Best experience ever. Joe knows his stuff n was extremely helpful,knowledgeable, and quick. Great price too. The front office was also a pleasure to deal with and responded very timely with any questions and made sure I had no issues with insurance or my rental. Even finished the truck early and had someone come in Saturday so I could pick it up before the holiday weekend. Will never bring my vehicle anywhere else but here. Was a perfect experience. “About two+ weeks ago, the aftermarket alarm system that was installed in my used 1994 Chevy Cavalier and which I had never used, flaked out and would cycle on and off every 20 to 30 seconds.The lights would flash, the alarm horn would beep twice and the door locks would activate. I contacted three shops, and this was the only one who could get me in within a couple of days. I stopped by at the appointed time, and in less than 15 minutes Woody had disabled the alarm and got the car back to running normally! And the cost was very reasonable as well!Not the normal situation, but it made me a happy customer!”
