“Responding to negative reviews. But it's a language-barrier thing. Frustrating, yes, when the cashier is kinda confused when asking questions. But cashier knows his products and the location in the store. With well-stocked shelves. Clean. I want to know his language, download a translator app. That'll really speed things up. All and all a fine place for quick shopping...and service. Stronger shopping bags would be appreciated. Oh yeah, excellent coffee; clean, well arranged beverage-service area.”

“Regardless of my unfamiliarity with some language barriers, employees go out of their way to assist me. Although smack dab in the middle of downtown Hyannis (640 Main Street #1), this store is convenient regardless of the fact it's a one-way street. If Main St. is too congested, try North or South Street to Sea Street Extention. Plenty of off-street parking. Well organized shelves, clean and a variety of interesting foods including our familiar American fare. One of my favorite convenient stores.”

“Quick and easy experience. I’m not from the area and had a prescription sent here since I would be in the area. It was ready within an hour of being called and I didn’t run into any issues. The pharmacist was helpful and friendly too. It’s also convenient that it is located inside Target so if you do have to wait, you can do some shopping.”
“Well, I wrote a post I believe yesterday on Google, but I can’t find it and I just finished a survey that I received in an email which I hope they get directly. But I will reiterate that I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received in the last few days from Midas in Hyannis on route 28. Brier and Joe and Tim were all very helpful and courteous, pleasant and kind. They fix the issue that I was having with my SUV dripping oil from some place onto other parts that gave a foul odor to the SUV. And when Joe called to tell me, my SUV was ready. He also mentioned to me that they had checked my battery and found that it was running low and was due to be changed since I had not bought one from them since 2016 so I had them replace it and appreciated being told in advance that I needed it rather than get broken down somewhere. I always recommend Midas and Hyannis for service of any kind and my daughter even goes there with her vehicle. So I hope they get this soon and I am willing to let it be published on Google‘s website so others can learn about them if they need this information I thank all that I dealt with sincerely, Conrad”
