“I am from California, and was just on a trip to the Northeast for the first time. I wandered into Footstock after having lunch in Concord. I really did not need shoes for this trip, but I saw the most perfect pair of lightweight leather slides that I need for a different trip later this year. The saleswoman was so helpful in assisting me to try the shoes, and informed me how to ensure that slides will stay on the foot, giving me a little pad for each shoe. I was wondering how I would get them home in my already full suitcase. I was musing aloud about having to press the shoes together, and leave their box behind. She offered to have them shipped, at my cost. I was very happy to accept that offer, because these are expensive shoes, over $200, and they deserve to be treated properly. And then....I was directed upstairs to the sale area!! Wow!!! Terrific styles and prices! I will most definitely return to Footstock when I visit my friends in the area again. An absolute gem of a shoe store! Thank you for all of your care.”

“Very helpful the Manger of store was on point and helpful, friendly service her crew for the most part where helpful but didn't have the same energy as Mngr. Some where new I over heard the manager tell them them directions and encouragement to them if they forgot something like don't worry it still learning it will come to you. Great experience while there shopping for the holiday. I will be going back. Only down part which stopped it from being a 5 star was that a lot of my first and second choices were not available there in the sizes I wanted and I wasn't traveling another 1hr to get them from another location due to the short time I had to do last minute shopping. This is an incredible gallery of wearable art. Skip the name brands..which are still elite specimens. The independent artists and their incredible...mostly cotton wears...freaking a. So dazzling. So comfy, the most fly new stock ever! I am investing in Godspeed. The most informed and lovely clothes tender ever at Natik mall. I have been there 2 days in a row. I will probably go back again before I leave. I know many crazy things have value. I have always been about the best and Quality. It has always served me well. Art should always be shown off! “I ordered (2) pairs of shoes online for in-store pick up. I was not getting any updates from the website/app, so I used the live chat and got some more info. The shoes had been at the location but hadn't been sorted- hence the lack of status update. An associate Jose took the time to look me up and go back and forth to find out if they were there- and they were. I wouldn't have known that if it wasn't for him because live info is quicker than virtual sometimes. Thank you Jose! (I'm writing this before I go get them so I don't forget to give him praise)”

“I think his name is Ron unfortunately I'm terrible at remembering names. Anyway he helped me for over an hour finding me shoes that would fit and not hurt since I have a collapsed ankle. He was extremely knowledgeable patient helpful and kind. He showed me a pair of Brooks running shoes that even he had as well as my orthopedic Dr. I watched him help others as well being extremely attentive to their needs. He helped more than one person at a time. Ron applies immense service and commitment to the store. A couple of weeks later I bought a folding chair that I saw outside and got a new one. The Maynard Outdoor Store has quality items and superb service. The staff that checks you out are extremely helpful patient and kind. I like the atmosphere it's very laid back and rustic.
