I brought my two teen runners in to get shoes for track and we had the absolute best experience and were educated so well through the whole process. From measuring not only one foot but both but also watching them walk to see what shoes would be best. I could go on! I came home knowing that I'll never go anywhere else for running shoes again! The kids were both so happy too.
Bonus points too was that they offered a 10% student discount and right now all of their cold/winter gear was on sale too.”

“What a great surprise and what fun! I accompanied a friend to the store who has been visiting since he was a child. I had never heard of the place but went along to keep him company and wow, am I glad I did! The long wall of jeans was worth the trip itself. Every size,shape, description, all on a neatly folded highly manageable wall. The store is full, and I mean, full, of great outdoor clothing of all sizes of shapes and descriptions, including in the women’s section. The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The shoe section included every kind of outdoor footwear needed. This place was literally a throwback to my childhood as the floors creaked and groaned a bit underfoot. I’m a grandfather and can’t wait to bring my grandkids to see what it was like shopping before the big box takeover!

Jackson spent at least 1.5 hours helping my daughter pick out the right combination of shoes and inserts for her feet. My posture has never been better, my lower back pain gone, and my sleep much deeper and more restful. Better than chiropractic, physical therapy, going to the gym, and acupuncture because it immediately corrects the root cause of the problem - the shape and strength of your arches!
Cons: The clogs take 8 weeks to be made and are a little noisy.”

“So, I had not idea I was a JJill girly. I popped in to see the dress selection for a rehearsal dinner. Tina pulled so many dresses that I was unsure about, but boy was she right! I ended up leaving buying two dresses that I LOVED but never would have pulled for myself. I also bought a shirt and jewelry. Tina really made my whole day, she made it feel like I was shopping with a thoughtful friend. I went home and tried all my new clothes to show my husband. He was also loving the new looks.”

“I had stopped by recently to grab some shoes for me and my husband and I had an amazing time shopping here. I was greeted right at the door , assisted with no problem and had the most engaging sales experience I’ve had in a while. Coming from 20 years of retail it’s refreshing to see such a young staff making the experience so easy and swift while also personal. There was this one young man in particular we spoke for almost the entire time I was shopping, I didn’t quite catch his name. But he was working on the mannequin when I had arrived . Immediately approaching me with a compliment on my jacket and asking how my day was . It was nice having someone ask me how my day was & help me shop for my son’s birthday . Would absolutely come again to shop with him.”

“I am from California, and was just on a trip to the Northeast for the first time. I wandered into Footstock after having lunch in Concord. I really did not need shoes for this trip, but I saw the most perfect pair of lightweight leather slides that I need for a different trip later this year. The saleswoman was so helpful in assisting me to try the shoes, and informed me how to ensure that slides will stay on the foot, giving me a little pad for each shoe. I was wondering how I would get them home in my already full suitcase. I was musing aloud about having to press the shoes together, and leave their box behind. She offered to have them shipped, at my cost. I was very happy to accept that offer, because these are expensive shoes, over $200, and they deserve to be treated properly. And then....I was directed upstairs to the sale area!! Wow!!! Terrific styles and prices! I will most definitely return to Footstock when I visit my friends in the area again. An absolute gem of a shoe store! Thank you for all of your care.”
