When I go out there I was told that they only do it for their customers and I was upset because I need you to have something notarized for a new job and I had to do it that day and the Assistant Branch Manager was so kind and she did it for me”

“I needed a cashier's check for my first month's rent payment and Octavia was able to help me understand if I was eligible to get a cashier's check at the Members Plus because my original credit union is a part of the Co-op shared bank program and with my bank I would be able to get a cashier's check at their location.
I arrived at the location and Octavia was nice and ready to help me with the understanding what I needed to fill out and confirming with me multiple times the amount I needed was correct. This was my first time attaining a cashiers check and she was a real help throughout this process.”
