“I had to go in the bank today because I was unable to access my online account, which is already stressful. Along with the other stresses of life here was another one that I thought would be pretty simple to fix. The two people that could help were busy, and I had no problem sitting and waiting. The assistant manager that helped me didn't seem to understand what my concern was or thats how I felt still having trouble logging into my account and certainly showed me that she was having none of trying to be kind or empathetic to me.
Maybe if there were thousands of dollars in my account I would have been treated differently?
This is where I put my money. These are the people that I trust. I came in there stressed but more sad and worried and I left really angry. And I will be closing my account with them because this just shows me who I'm dealing with at this bank. I ended up leaving before the business was finished because why bother when you're dealing with someone like that. Everyone else there has been so nice and helpful over the years so it really stinks that this is the bad taste that will be left in my mouth which will now have me using another bank.
** update I have been in there ever since and have been welcomed warmly and had no issues so hopefully it was just a bad day for all and I'm hoping that it stays this way with the positive experiences I've had going in there.”

“I want to sincerely thank Antonieta Tavares for the outstanding support she provided me at Bank of America on Aug 20th. I came in because I was unable to log in to my online banking account for an unknown reason. The issue turned out to be quite complicated, but Antonieta was patient, thorough, and determined to help me.
She personally made 5 different calls to the online banking departments, carefully walking through each step to identify and fix the problem. What impressed me most was her dedication: although the financial center was scheduled to close at 5 p.m., Antonieta stayed an extra 30 minutes past closing to make sure my issue was fully resolved that same day, so I wouldn’t have to come back again.
