“Been a customer of Watertown Savings since 1959, when my parents opened a Savings Account, they were Trustees of my account, to help save for my College tuition. As in later year, I have opened more accounts, those account numbers are 6 and 7 digits. My account that was opened in 1959 was in the 5 digit range.. mid 5's.. WoW.. Best Customer Service, MANY convenient bank locations, mostly, the branches I grew up, especially in East Watertown, are still open ! Gotta love WSB !”

“I am surprised to see the previous reviews with only 1 star.... Everytime, my husband and I go there, from the tellers to the bank manager they have consistently been great! I would go even beyond that and say that I feel like they have my back. Carolina Yong is really an exceptional employee, she looked at our account, told us that our rate for our HELOC was too high, convinced us to switch and thanks to her that we are saving almost 250$ a month. And whenever there is an offer that she thinks we will benefit, she always send an e-mail. This is above and beyond one could expect from their bank, thus I highly recommend this bank without any reservation.”
