“This store was incredibly helpful when we were in a pickle a few weeks ago right before a trip! None of our usual pet stores in Boston had our cats' dry food in stock and the brand (Rawz) only ships through certain sites online, none of which would have delivered their food before our trip. I was able to find Happy Tails Market on the Rawz store list and was so pleasantly surprised to learn they could deliver to Boston as I was planning to spend a good chunk of the day driving out to the store. Our order was affordable, delivered promply, with delivery updates and a cute card and treat sampler! This store has officially gained another loyal customer!”

“I couldn't be happier with The Happy Retriever! My 7-month-old Golden puppy, Millie, has attended Puppy Class, Puppy 101, and the Bump Up Days, where all of the training is reinforced. The entire team is phenomenal—consistent, knowledgeable, patient, and truly wonderful with the dogs.
Millie learned so much through each program. When I needed to board her for a week, I enrolled her in the Board & Train program, and I was amazed by the results. I can't believe how well trained she is now!
She no longer jumps on people, listens and responds so well, and is still the happy, fun-loving puppy she's always been. The biggest difference is how confident I feel when people come to our home. Instead of jumping up on guests, Millie sits politely with her tail wagging, waiting to greet them. It's such a wonderful transformation.

“I went here on 04/20/26 , it was an unexpected trip . I had a couple that I could only use at a very select amount of retailers that sold these's specific dog treats. As I entered the store the odor was extremely over powering. This was my 1st ever coming to Pet Supplies Plus ever. It was brought to my attention in order to use / redeem my coupon I had to have a Pet Supplies Plus account with them which I'd didn't have account. They kind of forced me into opening a free account in order to use my coupon. Ethan was extremely helpful and alternative. The entrance and exit of this building are really confusing. I give it a like 3.5 close to 4 stars. If it wasn't for Ethan being very helpful and decent it wouldn't be this high for the review. But overall if I'm in the area I'll most definitely come in and look around and browse around. Thanks , for your assistance Ethan! My 2 small puppies love the 6 oz Fromm Crunchy Dog treats which I purchased here . I plan on getting them more soon.”

“I had an outstanding experience at the Millis Tractor Supply, and I wanted to recognize both the store and especially the manager, Gabe, for going above and beyond.
I stopped in during what appeared to be one of the busiest Sunday rushes imaginable. The store was packed with customers, the lines were long, and there were multiple people demanding attention at the same time. Despite the chaos, Gabe remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience.
I was interested in purchasing a gun safe that had been advertised on sale but was out of stock. Gabe immediately took charge of the situation and processed a rain check for me without any hassle. He knew exactly what needed to be done, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled correctly. It was obvious that he was organized and on top of things even with so much going on around him.
What impressed me most was how well he managed the constant stream of customers. Several people appeared frustrated or rude due to the busy conditions, but Gabe never lost his composure. He treated everyone respectfully, stayed focused, and kept things moving efficiently. That’s not easy to do when a store is packed and customers are demanding your attention from every direction.
Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Gabe set a great example of what it should look like. Tractor Supply is fortunate to have a manager who is so dedicated, professional, and customer-focused. Because of this experience, I’ll gladly continue shopping at the Millis Tractor Supply and highly recommend it to others.”

We get the best recommendations on types of collars, leashes, toys, treats, shampoo, bait bags, raw food, etc. Kerrie takes the time to know her clients and their dogs so when I ask for recommendations, I know I’ll be getting exactly what’s right for my boys.
