Working with Nicole Verbeek at the KOHLER Signature Store by Supply New England was one of the more positive experiences we had during the design and renovation of our home. Nicole assisted us with with fixture selections for our kitchen, primary bath and powder room. During construction, Nicole was incredibly responsive, as field issues arose, to help us find alternative solutions and control costs. Get to this showroom and work with these folks. “I'm always hesitant to call someplace like this because I have no head for mechanics of any kind so they could literally tell me anything, but my sister and brother-in-law use these guys and highly recommended them.
Well, when I tell you you can absolutely call them with confidence and without a doubt I am not exaggerating. Mike came out to look at my washing machine and was completely honest from start to finish. He found me a great price on a part I needed and gave me his honest opinion about the whole process and let me make up my own mind. He was friendly and prompt and when he was fixing my machine and noticed another small part that was probably going to fail soon, he replaced it free of charge.

Eric Rikeman from Adams Kitchen came up with an excellent design, that changed the layout to one that is modern, efficient, and smart looking. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding and the installation was expertly done. We actually had Eric and his team come back recently and do some custom cabinetry in our dining room to match the kitchen. I very highly recommend Adams Kitchens and Eric Rikeman.”
“Jimmie, my technician was a real pro. He communicated with me before the hot water tank install and brought a team to assist. It involved moving a washer and dryer out of the way and putting it back in place within a small closet. From past experience, I know what a difficult task that can be. “I had a great experience here. I was trying to find a windoe AC fitting and didnt find it on my own. When I was leaving, Michael from the gardening department saw me and asked if I needed help. While I found a small AC area on my own he took me to a larger area and quickly found what I needed, even though it wasn't his department. I brought it home and it installed so easily and quickly. I can't recommend a better place and I will return.”

“There are two absolutely lovely individuals who work here at the tool rental. I had rented a carpet cleaner and the first person I met at pickup had made sure I had the cleanest one and the associated attachments. They also gave me a very informative walkthrough of the machine and its parts. Pricing and fine print was transparent without being boring haha. I would 100% rent here again purely for the excellent customer service. Drop off was smooth and both staff members were very kind and personable. :)”

“Good Afternoon, I have been coming to the lumber department for years now, and began going with my grandfather back in the early 2000s to help him find cuts of wood for his job. It was a tradition we had to go there after we would eat breakfast together on my day off from school. I have always been treated with exceptional service throughout my life whenever I needed to grab some plywood cuts for a bed, or something for my family. Those boys in the lumber department do their job to the highest level of satisfaction. One day, when I was shopping recently, I was disappointed in the management's treatment of them. One of the managers was constantly barking orders at them, and being incredibly unethical in his speech. I couldn't believe it, especially because those boys do an incredible job and are always attentive and caring, part of the Home Depot's core values. It seems as if one of those managers tends to sit on his behind and eat fast food all day while the workers break their backs. I'm just calling it like I see it. Pay those boys more! They deserve it.”
“I would like to share my experience with a service that offers fast and excellent service. While I did encounter some employees who were a bit unfriendly, the overall process was incredibly quick. The service might be slightly more expensive, but the benefit of a rapid signing-up process and receiving the truck keys is worth it. You can truly be in and out in no time—just make sure you have your proof of insurance ready. Overall, my husband and I found it to be a very efficient experience.”
