They were courteous kind and efficient. when they found out they needed a drain hose extension as my space is odd they called the store and Kyle came by and dropped it off and they installed to e extension and ran the units again to make sure all was good and it was great! “Fitzgerald Tile deserves every bit of praise. We came in with a tricky situation — a ½-inch size variance between two tiles we had purchased elsewhere for a checkerboard pattern — and Tom and Vivianne could not have been more knowledgeable or more determined to help. They walked us through every option, found a replacement tile that would work in the same week, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our project stayed on track.

They even rush-ordered grout for us, and it ended up looking better than what we had originally picked. Their customer service is unmatched, and we left wishing we had found their store sooner.
