“Took my 6 year old granddaughter here for a birthday outing. Great selection of shoes. Only one clerk on duty and she couldn't be bothered with assisting customers and could hardly drag herself to the register to take peoples money. Too bad cause otherwise the place was great”

“Drove 45 minutes to give this place a try with my family. We got ice skates for me and my husband. He was so funny cracking jokes with my daughter. Very sarcastic funny owner. He was helpful more helpful than the owner of Dicks sporting goods. Will be going to him for my sports need and ice skate sharpening from now on. Worth the drive.”

“Good selection and helpful staff! Pricing is very good, better than some online retailers which is nice considering they have to maintain a storefront. Their clearance is also good. Appreciate they represent some local brands like BRUNT and others.”

“Customer service is wonderful. It's smart to call before you go, they will ask details about your swimmer and can give you an idea of size/style/price before you shop. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about sizes and styles and what would work best for your swimmer. The owner also encouraged me to buy the cheaper suit; she is not just trying to sell the most expensive product. I highly recommend this shop.”

“This is a great place to get any award, or update any trophy. I have been updating our fantasy football and basketball trophies for at least 6 years now. They usually have it done in a week. They produce great visual items here. So easy to talk to and explain what you're looking for. Great value for the price. Family business with friendly helpers greeting as you enter.”

“I came here to have a hat done. Lids runs a 50% rate (for me) of someone knowing how to embroider a hat and do it well.On this occasion, assistant manager/Josh gave stellar service, not just to me but all his customers during a busy holiday season. He balanced the store operation so well with a cool and calm and respectful demeanor. The machine messed up another customers hat and Josh was able to diffuse any potential unpleasantness by articulating the solution so well.Above all, he worked with me closely and my hat came out perfect. I don't really need another hat, but I'll likely be back for one soon just because. Thanks for all the kindness. You deserve anything you want out of the world with an attitude like yours.”

“I went in with my son today, and someone named Ronaldo helped us (I think that’s what his name tag said). He was so helpful and kind, and really tried to help my son find a cool new pair of shoes. Driving home, my son said “Wow, this guy was so nice!””

“Steven was excellent with customer service! He was patient, helped us with sizes, prices and particularly shoes I was looking for, and after asking i found out he was the only employee in the store, which was very busy! He needs a raise, it's ridiculous you'd have 1 person take care of all responsibilities.”

“Great service. Not a ton of selection but you can still find some pretty good jazzy footwear. Taylor and Tiana are super friendly and fashion experts. They helped me solve my boot conundrum as they graciously offered their expertise on the matter and I left a very satisfied customer with a nice pair of boots in tow.”
