“I went here on 04/20/26 , it was an unexpected trip . I had a couple that I could only use at a very select amount of retailers that sold these's specific dog treats. As I entered the store the odor was extremely over powering. This was my 1st ever coming to Pet Supplies Plus ever. It was brought to my attention in order to use / redeem my coupon I had to have a Pet Supplies Plus account with them which I'd didn't have account. They kind of forced me into opening a free account in order to use my coupon. Ethan was extremely helpful and alternative. The entrance and exit of this building are really confusing. I give it a like 3.5 close to 4 stars. If it wasn't for Ethan being very helpful and decent it wouldn't be this high for the review. But overall if I'm in the area I'll most definitely come in and look around and browse around. Thanks , for your assistance Ethan! My 2 small puppies love the 6 oz Fromm Crunchy Dog treats which I purchased here . I plan on getting them more soon.”

“Have adopted a few Cats from them. The latest, Juno, a senior Cat has been a test of wills. He stayed in hiding for about two months, bit me once. He decided finally to come out, now laying beside me, loves to be petted, sleeps on my bed, with or without me. Hangs around with my other Cats, and follows me around the house all the time. A wonderful addition to the family. Love him. Don t overlook the Senior Cats! They are special, and appreciate a good home.”

“This store was incredibly helpful when we were in a pickle a few weeks ago right before a trip! None of our usual pet stores in Boston had our cats' dry food in stock and the brand (Rawz) only ships through certain sites online, none of which would have delivered their food before our trip. I was able to find Happy Tails Market on the Rawz store list and was so pleasantly surprised to learn they could deliver to Boston as I was planning to spend a good chunk of the day driving out to the store. Our order was affordable, delivered promply, with delivery updates and a cute card and treat sampler! This store has officially gained another loyal customer!”

“Cody's Creations is the absolute best. Kerrie and her team go above and beyond with everything they do. The collars are not just pretty; they have purpose. Okay, sometimes they are just pretty and that’s all they need to be. 😊 The weatherproof biothane leashes and collars are perfect for walking trails, during rain and snow, swimming, whenever high visibility is important. We get the best recommendations on types of collars, leashes, toys, treats, shampoo, bait bags, raw food, etc. Kerrie takes the time to know her clients and their dogs so when I ask for recommendations, I know I’ll be getting exactly what’s right for my boys. Highly recommend this shop with its carefully curated, high-quality products and kind, knowledgeable owner, and staff. Shop local. You can’t go wrong, and your dogs will always get snuggles and cookies. You can’t get that personal care and attention from generic pet stores or online. Support small business. You won’t regret it.”

“This place is the exact kind of no-nonsense, no-frills aquarium store that makes it easy to spend a few hours browsing. There is truly so much to see and the selection changes frequently. I've had many super enlightening conversations on fishkeeping with the staff here and I look forward to stopping by when I'm in the area.”

“I couldn't be happier with The Happy Retriever! My 7-month-old Golden puppy, Millie, has attended Puppy Class, Puppy 101, and the Bump Up Days, where all of the training is reinforced. The entire team is phenomenal—consistent, knowledgeable, patient, and truly wonderful with the dogs. Millie learned so much through each program. When I needed to board her for a week, I enrolled her in the Board & Train program, and I was amazed by the results. I can't believe how well trained she is now! She no longer jumps on people, listens and responds so well, and is still the happy, fun-loving puppy she's always been. The biggest difference is how confident I feel when people come to our home. Instead of jumping up on guests, Millie sits politely with her tail wagging, waiting to greet them. It's such a wonderful transformation. I can't thank the entire team enough for their dedication and expertise. They genuinely care about the dogs and their owners, and it shows in everything they do. I highly recommend The Happy Retriever to anyone looking for exceptional training and care for their dog!”

“I love Wanda! She's kind and cheerful. My labradoodles always look great after their beauty treatment. She uses scissors instead of just clippers. They look natural instead of smooth. Been going here for years.”

“This store located just south of the Rt 9 and Rt 135 interchange is pretty nice. The plants are protected from the harsh sun near the door and were in good condition inspite of being on clearance, the tomatoes etc. The cashier Brian was helpful finding what I was looking for. The store setup is a modified version of the store I use more often and clean. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.”

“We’ve been taking our dogs to Paws and Claws for over a year and they do fantastic with our two pups who are quite nervous with nail trims. Being able to go back with the dogs while they get their nails trimmed helps a lot, and Sidney in particular is really great with them!”

“I’ve been bringing my Shihtzu/poodle mix (Ralphie) to All Fur Love since he was a tiny puppy and they always receive us with a friendly smile and warmth. I can tell they treat him with love because he never shows signs of abnormal fear and stress when he comes out of grooming. This means so much to me because my puppy’s safety is the most important thing to me. I completely trust the team at All Fur Love! Ralphie always comes back squeaky clean and very handsome!”

“I had an outstanding experience at the Millis Tractor Supply, and I wanted to recognize both the store and especially the manager, Gabe, for going above and beyond. I stopped in during what appeared to be one of the busiest Sunday rushes imaginable. The store was packed with customers, the lines were long, and there were multiple people demanding attention at the same time. Despite the chaos, Gabe remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. I was interested in purchasing a gun safe that had been advertised on sale but was out of stock. Gabe immediately took charge of the situation and processed a rain check for me without any hassle. He knew exactly what needed to be done, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled correctly. It was obvious that he was organized and on top of things even with so much going on around him. What impressed me most was how well he managed the constant stream of customers. Several people appeared frustrated or rude due to the busy conditions, but Gabe never lost his composure. He treated everyone respectfully, stayed focused, and kept things moving efficiently. That’s not easy to do when a store is packed and customers are demanding your attention from every direction. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Gabe set a great example of what it should look like. Tractor Supply is fortunate to have a manager who is so dedicated, professional, and customer-focused. Because of this experience, I’ll gladly continue shopping at the Millis Tractor Supply and highly recommend it to others.”
