The team at the Auburn branch is extremely personable and always so kind. I often have to use the drive-through because I have young kids, and unfortunately, sometimes my transactions take a little longer. I have never once been rushed by any of the staff. “My grandmother banks here, and I brought her in the other day to help her get some cash. The ladies inside were very nice and helpful, and the holiday decorations were lovely.HOWEVER, I’m so glad I went with gran because those doors are SO. HEAVY. One way in and one way out. ? And there wasn’t a handicap auto door opener (she uses a walker.) Isn’t that an ADA rule to accommodate for the handicapped? I had trouble as a young healthy lady, sheesh. I hope they do something about that.”
