When it comes to customer service, they actually care about you as a customer and make a real effort to resolve your issues. I've never experienced this kind of customer service at any other bank. Even just walking in the door, you can tell that they want to help. The organizations that rank New England banks all rate Rockland Trust at or near the top for customer service, and they are absolutely right.
Granted, they're a small bank, and they don't always have all the fancy services of a big bank. But even then, they're actively working to add more and more services. And that's a small price to pay for a bank that actually seems to treat their customers as human beings, rather than making you wait so long for customer service that you'll just give up. It's such a breath of fresh air in today's world.
