“Very helpful experience. They even allowed me to load my stuff a little after the closing time considering we couldn't start loading until after 2:45. I would have preferred if they opened the case for the locker lock since it was sealed tight, but I managed. Also a little tight with one of the trolleys getting around the corners.”
“Took a large storage unit for six months. Lots of parking and easy access loading dock. Temp control for units is great, the building (including bathroom) are immaculately kept up. Staff accommodating and helpful. Easy access to highways. We felt safe with our items in the unit and would rent from 10x again if needed. Thanks!”

As soon as I arrived, Aaron (the man) from the Chandler St. location in Worcester, Massachusetts. answered all of our inquiries, allayed all of our fears, and even assisted us in choosing the simplest option.You can't top these pricing, I assure you!”
“Good rental and great service but the whole return after hours process was awful and I don't recommend it. I didn't know I had to download the app and the app wasn't loading very well at all and was downright awful. I wound up finding a web link next to the key return and struggled through using it because of loading times. It took me 40 minutes to return the truck which is unacceptable.Uhaul at this location should have a wifi guest network near the building that I can connect to if service is bad so that I can take a normal amount of time to do this. 40 minutes is unacceptable and it makes me hesitant to ever return after hours again. I'd advise against it. Also, if the account holder and driver are two different people, the driver returning the vehicle should be able to do the return process without having to reach out to the account holder. It was an incredibly long and arduous process and it really shouldn't have been.”

“Life Storage on Shrewsbury Street is oddly enjoyable . Easy access and a very clean well maintained facility. Signing up for a unit is relatively simple but I would advise you to look at the various ways to do so. Online seems to have the best discounts or promotions and those are always changing .The staff is particularly friendly and helpful . I recently ran into a little problem with my autopay ( they call it EZpay, I think) and Larry , the new manager , was actually fun to work with while solving my concerns. He took care of the issue efficiently and with a sense of humor . Anyone who can make me laugh while dealing with red tape is a hero in my view!Oh, I almost forgot to mention that , aside from its cleanliness , it is also very secure and has a huge indoor parking area right at the elevators at which there are typically several flat dollies available. The only drawback is there are no trash receptacles but that’s true of most storage facilities.I have had a few storage spaces over the years and this one is by far the best !”

I was having an issue getting the rate it showed online, so I ended up calling the main number and spoke to an awesome rep Ed in Myrtle Beach, SC who had a great attitude and was very personable. He took care of me and got my new account all set up in no time. I haven’t dealt with or met the local people at my specific storage yet and am hoping they are atleast half as good as Ed was.”
