“I was worried about my plants more than my furniture. I have big indoor plants, including a fiddle leaf fig that hates moving. During my long-distance move from Boston to Washington DC, the crew placed it gently inside the truck where it would not get too cold. They even rolled down the truck door slowly so it would not shake. I know it sounds silly, but that kindness made a stressful day easier.”

“Drove in to reserve a storage unit in person. Dan was super helpful from the start, locked up his office to show me the units in person and made sure I knew all my options. The process of retrieving a code to the facility and access to the unit from the unloading zone couldn’t have been easier. We’re super happy this is available, also right across the street from UHaul where we rented a truck to haul our items. Couldn’t have been a smoother process and Dan made it extremely easy and stress free for me. Highly recommend this storage!”

“Rented a unit at the Weymouth facility for almost three years and never had an issue or concern. The office staff are friendly and responsive and the hallways and elevators are kept clean. Easy parking lot for loading and unloading, with numerous dollies available. Never a problem with the unit being too hot or too cold. I would rent here again if ever needed.”

“I recently moved from Andover, MA to Peabody, MA to Dedham, MA. I had a storage unit in Salem, NH while living in Andover, MA but moved out when I moved to Peabody thinking I no longer needed it. However, as luck would have it that move didn't work out and I found myself needing a storage unit again. Anyway, long story short they have been excellent, very welcoming and accommodating. One quick tip for others: if you have very large or bulky items, keep in mind that the main building isn’t designed for them. You’ll definitely want to look into renting one of their outside-access units for that!”
