Regarding a nice employee ..., while I was at a speedway gas station at Bourne Rotary, I had just got done filling my tires with air. A national lumber truck was parked behind me. As one of the employees was walking to the truck with his Dunkin’ Donuts order, he came up to me and he asked me if I need any help.I was standing there watching the machine because it just kept running and I wanted to be sure that it was going to shut off because it had my credit card info. We don’t see this young man's act of kindness often these days .... just the fact that he offered help alone speaks volumes about him as a person.”

“What a great experience for my 1st time going here! Michael was extremely fast and helpful in replying to my email even after hours. I brought my new Cub Cadet tractor in for a warranty repair. I was greeted by Dave inside the store. He had me bring the tractor around the back where I met Dana. Both of these guys were friendly and personable. I received a call only 2 days later telling me that the tractor was fixed. When I picked it up Dennis showed me exactly what the problem was and what he did to fix it. I’m a huge fan of fast and friendly old school service, which you don’t see much of anymore, in any business. These guys were all great and I intend to be a repeat customer of theirs in the future.
