“Contacted Burns about servicing my old Delta bandsaw. Got an email back suggesting I check a few things before they sent someone out. As they suspected, I missed something obvious and was able to fix the issue myself. Their help saved me a lot. Greatly appreciated.”

“This place always has choices, tools are average to above average in certain items. I wanted an oscillating tool for three or four cuts, got out with tool & 3pk of blades for $43ish. Worked as expected, a reasonably good tool for a fair price!”

“Building material and work supplies of all kinds . A little pricey. Seems to be only place in this area and they know it .. other than the price of things . It was clean and organized, and the yard help and security guard were nice and helpful . The building and bays are clearly marked , pull up, find what u need to put in truck an stop at security for a quick check and your off .. so overall was a great experience other than the price in the overall skeem of things just keeping it real or something.”

“Customer service was beyond expected. Associates helped with every step of purchase, warranty, fueling, and a parking lot demonstration on how to use the new STIHL blower/sprayer. Highly recommend you don’t see service like this anymore! Matt was the associate that needs the credit for going beyond.”

“Excellent Customer Service from Aden at Home Depot Dartmouth!! I had the pleasure of working with Aden Lumber Dept at the Home Depot in Dartmouth last week while placing a large order for flooring, backsplash, and several other items\. He was extremely helpful and made the entire process easy\. Our deliveries were perfect, and all of our orders came out exactly as expected with absolutely no issues\. Today, we went to a different Home Depot expecting the same level of customer service, but unfortunately, that was not our experience at all\. The service was so disappointing that we decided to leave and go back to the Dartmouth location to see Aden\. Aden once again took great care of us and reminded us what excellent customer service should look like\. Thank you, Aden, for all your help and for going above and beyond\! And thank you to Home Depot Dartmouth for having such a great employee\. We truly appreciate you\!”

“I like that Lowe's has a wider selection of home accent items than Home Depot. It's more of a place for people wanting to buy stuff to make the house beautiful versus making the house functional. Don't get me wrong, you can still get hammers, nails and screws here, but they have a good amount of things to spruce up the home. This particular Lowe's had a large selection of accent tables and shelves. Great shapes, great styles, great colors.”
