We had a very specific need — the kind where another mattress store literally told us, “Oh, you need to go to Watertown Mattress. They’ll have whatever it is you’re looking for.” And boy, were they right.
Their inventory is incredible. But even more incredible? Mike.
From the moment I called, Mike didn’t just “know his stuff” — he was genuinely warm, kind, and so deeply helpful. You could feel that he actually cared. Not in a transactional, “let me make the sale” kind of way, but in a real, human way. He listened. He understood exactly what we needed. He made us feel taken care of. It honestly feels like you just don’t find stores like this anymore — where it’s not some arbitrary transaction, but a true connection. The kind of place that builds community, not just a customer list. And as new parents trying to get out of the house with a baby, his patience and flexibility (even staying open a little late for us!) meant more than I can say.
This was truly a 100 out of 10 experience. I would go back hands down anytime — and I’ll be sending anyone and everyone I know straight to Mike. He’s just wonderful.”

Rodney, Bobby, and Joez made what could've very easily been an overwhelming experience not only accessible, but fun. “Clarks shoes are very comfortable and strudy at the same time. They use quality product (actual leather) to make their shoes so they hold up well. I hadn't bought clarks since I was a kid and recently went in. I particularly love the privo shoes. The Clarks in Dedham at Legacy Place has fantastic staff. Sabrina in their helped me to find the shoes I was looking for in my size. The staff at the Natick store in the Natick Mall is helpful but didn't inform me about the shoe voucher where you buy a certain number of shoes and get a pair free. They also didn't tell me I could order the size of shoe I was looking for from another store and have it shipped to my house for free. Sabrina at Dedham informed me of all this. Overall, product is great and staff vary by store.”
