I have had ongoing problems with an older phone, and arrived at the AT&T store at 6:00pm on 6/22, and the employee got me set up with a new phone very quickly. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this store.

I have significant issues with the fact that the store is terribly understaffed, but five stars go to Marshall specifically who shows angelic patience in the face of frustrated customers. Please hire more people or you risk burning out the really good ones you have in place.
