He walked me through the shopping process and helped me find the perfect mattress within my budget. The store was having a good sale too, I got a free adjustable bed frame with purchase. I also appreciate that mattress firm offers a white glove delivery and setup service. I think it’s definitely worth the extra cost to alleviate some of the work of moving!”
“I recently bought a mattress in February but after a few months I decided to take advantage of the 120 day sleep trial. I was having a bit of back/side pain so I came back to upgrade. I met with Shawn who helped me with my first purchase. I tested out more mattresses at the store and decided to upgrade to the Dream Cloud PressureSmart Technology Plush Pillow top. The exchange paperwork was super easy and I scheduled my delivery for two days later. The drivers came and removed my old mattress and set up the new one. I’m very pleased and happy and had a great night’s sleep. Thank you Shawn for all your help!”

My son is moving into a rental house on June 1, but he won't receive the keys until 10:00 a.m. The mattress delivery window is between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., so I was concerned about the possibility of the delivery arriving before he could access the house.
Valerie went above and beyond to help. She made multiple attempts to communicate with the delivery team to ensure they were aware of the timing issue and did everything she could to accommodate our request. She also helped me apply a discount code I had found online, which was greatly appreciated.

“A followup visit. Two Vterinarians and three staff members converged on the case. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Visit included a detailed physical exam, abdominal ultrasound exam, discussion of findings of the exam:, an IV drug administration, and a topical medication. Ultrasound was forwarded to our primary care vet. All this was conducted with professionalism, courtesy and compassion.”
“I was in the market for a new mattress because I’ll be moving from Brighton over to Newton with my girlfriend. I originally was doing some research online and considering Mattress Firm, Bob’s, etc., but something just didn’t feel right with the high prices at those stores.
I’m so glad I stopped into this place on a whim. I was able to try out a few mattresses without feeling any pressure to buy that day, and ultimately, being a simple guy, I just needed a place to lay my body at night.
I wasn’t fishing for a bottom-of-the-barrel price or mattress. I genuinely wanted a quality product without all the markup and marketing hype you see with a lot of the big-name retailers.
When I decided to come back a little later in the day with my girlfriend, we ended up getting a really good mattress for a very fair price. Mike, the salesman, was extremely polite and professional throughout the entire process. That little bit of personal touch goes a long way in the sales business, and ultimately we’re very happy with our purchase.
I don’t often write a lot of reviews, but the experience was so painless that I figured it was the least I could do. I would highly recommend just giving them a chance.
Yeah, the store layout may seem a little all over the place, but when you’ve got beds flying off the floor because of great deals and good service, I don’t blame them for having things a little cluttered. They’re too busy making their customers happy.
As my mother always told me, don’t judge a book by its cover. Never thought I’d have such a great experience buying a mattress, but here we are 😁🤝”

“Clarks shoes are very comfortable and strudy at the same time. They use quality product (actual leather) to make their shoes so they hold up well. I hadn't bought clarks since I was a kid and recently went in. I particularly love the privo shoes. The Clarks in Dedham at Legacy Place has fantastic staff. Sabrina in their helped me to find the shoes I was looking for in my size. The staff at the Natick store in the Natick Mall is helpful but didn't inform me about the shoe voucher where you buy a certain number of shoes and get a pair free. They also didn't tell me I could order the size of shoe I was looking for from another store and have it shipped to my house for free. Sabrina at Dedham informed me of all this. Overall, product is great and staff vary by store.”
