There’s generally available 15 minute street parking right in front of the building if you go in the morning.”

“We feel very fortunate to live in a town with this outstanding USPS team. They (Ed is the only one we know by name) always handle our mails and packages with care. On rainy days, they would always secure packages that don't fit in our mailbox in a plastic bag. Recently when a piece of oversized package didn't fit in the bag, Ed carried it all the way down the driveway to our house. Thank you, the Dover USPS team!”

“Parking can be a pain if you try to get there on a Saturday, but the staff is always nice and there's usually more than one clerk which makes a HUGE difference when they are busy. If you collect stamps, they usually have a good selection in stock. Take a look at the 1941 "WPA" mural, vintage PO boxes, etc.”

“I've had a PO Box at this locations for years. Only recently w my long hours at work have I had a hard time picking up my packages. But every time I go there someone is willing to help me out. I've dealt with two different gentlemen, one of them I met today, his name is Gerry. He's the postmaster along with doing other roles at the same time. He went above and beyond to help me out. Was extremely friendly and even took the time to have a conversation with me. He is a true professional in customer service. His kindness and politeness put my faith back in the working world. “The reviews are probably based more on bad experiences on the delivery end. This office is straightforward and gets the job done. I wish USPS would invest and probably spruce up the place, similar to newer facilities I see in other areas of the country. This would probably make the space more inviting for staff and customers.Overall, I use USPS more than the other services. Prices in most cases are better and get to well traveled locations relatively quickly.”

“I had the most wonderful experience at this Natick location. There was 2 very helpful women working the counter as I came in for my passport appointment. I had tried to go to the Framingham office and was treated horribly, this was the exact opposite and I’m truly grateful for the incredible service by both these woman. I watched them work and they were so kind and upbeat to everyone. Complete opposite of rte 30 Framingham one. They are perfect examples of incredible customer service.
