“Came here twice to ship important international packages, and Tom was incredibly helpful and kind both times. Both packages arrived on time with no issues. This is the only store I’d trust with shipping important items internationally.”

“Skyler was great, I have come in twice 4 mins before close for a package dropoff and she was very accommodating! I’m not saying this place is perfect, but from my experiences over the years they’ve been helpful”

176 Grove Street, Boston MA 02132
“The delivery experience was quick and easy. Kept me well updated on arrival time and then were exceptionally polite and gentle with my home and my things. It was good enough that seeing that XPO would make the delivery would make me more likely to purchase a product in the future.”

“So far beyond exceptional customer service that the phrase doesn’t come close. They restored my faith in humanity. I know how that sounds. I’m saying it anyway. I’ve been coming to this store for years and they have always over-delivered. Every single time. But there’s one recent visit I can’t stop telling people about. Torrential rain, and I had something that absolutely had to go out that day by air because many people were counting on it. I’d already been to two other places that told me they couldn’t do it. I got here barely at the wire, and that’s when I realized I’d left a key part of the package behind at the last place. Everybody works against the same deadlines. The difference here is that they held things up, insisted I could go back and get it and they would solve still getting it out by air that eve. The two people working, one of them the owner, could see how important it was to me and how desperate I was, and what they did was epic. Nothing I would ever have asked for. Honestly, nothing I would have imagined would or could be offered. I’m not saying this so anyone walks in expecting the same thing, because that wouldn’t be fair to them. I’m saying it because it’s just one more example of how they treat people - indicative of how they’ve always treated me and other customers, and clearer than ever: How they as individuals treat everyone. It went so far past anything the job asks for, and they didn’t know me from anybody. They did it out of pure kindness. That’s just who they are. And it wasn’t only the two of them. It affected other workers and likely cost something too. I’m grateful to every one of them and it’s clear the owner has done a phenomenal job hiring the same exceptional people. Again, No relation, nobody’s paying me. They took such good care of me as always. That kindness gave me hope and comfort, and it honestly made me well up on the ride home. Especially in times like these, it meant more to me than I can say. Thank you, all of you.”

“It is so refreshing when you go into a store, and you experience, exceptional customer service. From the moment you walk in, you feel like the people behind the counter are in a good mood, genuinely happy to have customers and just being down to earth and cool. The three guys who work at the store are just super cool! I was only in there for a few minutes, but I had such a fun experience chatting with them. It’s so refreshing because sometimes nowadays you walk into a store and the person behind the counter doesn’t even make eye contact with you, doesn’t say anything when you say hello and doesn’t smile and does not engage with you. I don’t understand that. But thankfully, there are stores like this! Rock on guys. I’ll always come back!”

“Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”

“Fantastic experience all around, and it is clear that the team at Global Pack Ship are exemplary in all aspects of the services they offer. Of note, the items I had needed shipping were particularly large and required careful preparation for overseas shipping and customs purposes- which the team did brilliantly. For anyone looking to use them to ship auction lots from Bonhams or similar: the service they offer is worth every penny.”

378 Main Street, Medford MA 02155
“I’ve used Copacabana in Medford a few times now and it’s a really useful place to have nearby. They take UPS, USPS, and FedEx packages, including returns from Amazon, Walmart and apparently Temu, and you can also go there if you need something packed and shipped instead of having to figure it all out yourself. They do more than just shipping too. They have notary services, money transfers, printing, copying, translation, and packing supplies. Honestly, it’s one of those places you don’t think about until you suddenly need one of these services. It’s nice having all of it in one place, especially if you live around Medford. The staff has always been helpful and it’s been pretty straightforward every time I’ve gone.”

He has gone way above and beyond on multiple occasions to accommodate special requests. Overall a great place to work!”

“I am so grateful that this is my local UPS store, because everyone that works there is wonderful. Not only are they fast and good at what they do, but they are always friendly, warm and helpful, even though it's almost always extremely busy, and in a pretty small space, too. I hope the people that work at this location know that they are appreciated and add a little bit of brightness in this world! If you have any UPS needs that require a patient and helpful employee, this would be the one to go to.”

“Hello, my name is Juan Carlos. I've been sending packages with this company since 2022. Everything that I have sent never got stolen. Everything always arrives on time and in good conditions as I send it. So, on this part, they are good and secure. But lastly, they've been doing something that I don't like it and I know that they do it in purpose so I be calling them and be behind them like begging them to send the receipt. That's very unprofesional and it doesn't look good on their part. This it happened a couple of times. And they tell me that they gonna send me the receipt and never send it on their own. They just send it after I call them a lot. But they do it in purpose. I don't recommend anymore this company.”
