Sophia really knows her stuff and explains it well. Doesn't just tell us stuff she thinks we want to hear or say things in hopes we'll ask fewer questions. Quickest most productive visit!

Could not get the sound on my phone to work... Tried lots of fixes. Nothing worked. Ryan at chestnut hill took 3 mins to fix. Was super nice and didn't make me feel stupid or try too sell me a new phone. Thanks, Ryan
