“Had an absolute blast at Wards! We took the tractor ride and picked strawberries for only $15 for two adults and a toddler! We even grabbed a few wraps for lunch and the biggest ice cream sandwiches ever(highly recommend the banana pudding one while my son would say the original is the bee knees!)
Definitely perfect for kids from littles all the way up, we will definitely be back this summer for peach picking!”
“We’ve been coming to The Big Apple for years to pick blueberries and apples, and it’s always a great experience. The fruit is always fresh, and after picking, we make sure to grab some apple cider and donuts—both are fantastic.
It’s a family tradition we look forward to every year. If you’re into picking your own fruit or just enjoying some good cider and donuts, The Big Apple is the place to check out.”
“Best butcher around. Definitely has the best house made chicken salad around, far better than WT. Subs and sandwiches are great, meats are fresh, and the absolute BEST burgers you can find.”
“It’s a very busy store, but if you ask anyone for help that works there, they are usually very friendly. The big thing we love is getting sandwiches at the sub counter and those same employees work to remember peoples faces. It’s really nice to see even in a chain lake market.”
“I ordered catered food for a party. My experience with Roche Bros Millis catering from my former company was great. This time no exception. You get - genuine, helpful, experienced people who can advise you, really generous amount of food, well cooked, in easy to open boxes with reheating instructions. Food was such high quality. Grilled turkey tips are awesome. The bacon cheddar tater tots are supersized and folks loved them. I had cornbread left over and toasted pieces to a crispy crust - yum. Dependable and high quality.”

“Pam‘s market in Norwood is so great! No matter what you’re looking for they always help you out… If they don’t have what you want, they will order it for you as they have for me for wine and seltzer’s and dog food. They’re amazing so helpful so nice and so friendly! I highly recommend them for everything!”

“average Market Basket, but not quite as good of selection or as consistent a stocking. oddly all of the store-brand sodas and seltzers are in a different location entirely from the rest of such items. however, I will note that all of their sodas are quite comparable to namebrand. And so are almost everything that are store brand in their stores.”
“Great Place, Fresh Produce and nice atmosphere, few months ago a employee insulted my haircut but I’m not thinking much of it in conclusion nice store sells a lot of stuff and good.”
“It's probably one of the cheapest places to get gas around and easy to get to. They have a bunch of pumps, and the hoses extend if the gas tank is on the opposite side of the pump.”
“Karen and the rest of the folks at the deli are amazing even though they enable my addiction to the Pilgrim sandwich. Karen always goes out of her way to make one even if that means going to the back to check for stuffing. One time there was no stuffing, but she had one ready for me when I walked in for lunch the next day. With my name on it and everything! She's awesome!!”

“Maggie, a cashier up front- was super friendly, awesome and fast! Chatty and personable, one of the best interactions I’ve ever had with a cashier. No long lines- and was super fast ringing me up even with a full cart! She was lacking a bagger however, she offered to bag for me but I did so myself- She was kind and helpful to all measures. Get a bagger that can keep up with her hard-work and amazing attitude!”
“Tanya the cake decorator exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much for offering such amazing work! You made my 4 year old baby girl very happy! I’ll
Be back for all 4 of my kids birthdays so be ready haha”
“I make a 45 minute drive every time just to come to this store. Worth it. The selection is just outrageous. If you go there and can't find what you want it's only because they sold out. Great team of people too.”
“When Roche Bros. decided to close the Quincy location 3 years ago I started shopping at this location. It was the closest in distance from where I live. It was much more well stocked than Quincy was before their closing was announced. It much more resembled their former Randolph location Sudbury Farms with the unusual high bin shopping carts, kind-of a homey-country feel. The staff was great, it won me over. It took a few weeks to figure out where everything was, but it was well laid out. A few months later, corporate decided to re-arrange the store. Very annoying, but I got used to it.
They remodeled the store just over a year and a half ago. They are following the trends of many supermarkets lately, making the stores ridiculously bright inside, and using allot of darker colors on allot of the walls. They used to have a small dining area for their kitchen, but that was removed during the remodel. The got rid of the high bin carts for regular shopping carts. A Citizens Bank was located here, but was never open on the weekends, and closed last year.
I still shop here, the staff hasn't changed a whole lot, and are great. My one gripe is how the arrange the produce section and the bakery. After you enter the store and get your cart the first thing you run into is a fruit display right in the middle of your path. You have to maneuver around it just to get to where you're going. This is especially exacerbating when everyone is gathered around the display picking out items from said display. After that the remaining displays in this section are just too close together. The space that was previously occupied by Citizens Bank was boarded up, if they opened it up they could move some stuff there and move the remaining displays further apart (and get rid of that stupid display right after entering the store).
Then there's the bakery section. Before the remodel, all of the bakery displays were lined up in a straight line in the middle of the section, very easy to find everything. Post remodel the displays are scattered around, and you have to maneuver around them just like the produce section.
One more thing to note, this store is unusual in that the bakery, kitchen, and deli are on the opposite side of the store from the entrance, not next to the produce section like you would normally expect. The produce section is next to the meats and butcher section.”

“Great Lebanese market happen to stop in was in the area and they carried my favorite drinks that I had in Dubai. I was so happy, couldn't find them anywhere here in the states. Have a good variety of Arabic spices and fresh desserts, Hala meats, and homemade breads.”
“Well organized, well lit ,well stocked, happy with the prices. Staff could be more friendly and helpful. They all seem to be in their own world and I find it difficult to find help sometimes.”

“Ashland is always fully stocked, and the manager is present. Excellent Customer Service. Everything that I needed was in stock. It's easy to get in and out. I have a Shaws in the town that I live in. but I'd rather travel to this one.”
“We just moved to the neighborhood and pleasantly surprised to have a well-stocked market within walking distance! Great sandwiches and nice assortment of snacks & beer/wine if you're looking for something quick.”
“Clean, convenient, friendly, and a pretty good value. A nice change of pace compared to some of the other local options.
Huge parking lot, recently paved. Easy access to a close parking spot if you need one.
They have been greatly improving their options over the years: Prime grade beef at the butcher, giant Boars Head deli, hot/prepared foods (check out the pizza, it's legit), decent sushi, organic section etc etc.
They probably should bring back those tags/tickets for the deli line! Chaotic sometimes.”

“Always a good experience. The food is fresh and the shelves are always stocked.
I have not had any problems. They have sale items all the time. The advertised items are usually in stock. Maybe the prices are a bit less than other stores in the area. The help are always friendly.
Try this store in Sharon.”

“Charlie the pharmacist, who performed my recent Phizer injection, was excellent. wonderful, laid-back personality. I wish to attract more like-minded individuals to my business. “A large uncrowded middle Eastern market with a vast variety of middle Eastern products, breads, probably the best selection of extra virgin olive oils in the area, homemade humus, baba ghanoush, spices, distilled extracts like orange flower water, mint water , fresh cheeses and meats at reasonable prices with friendly staff. Worth a trip.”

“Friendly staff and always great selection of Traders Joes unique selections. Wish there was one closer to the SouthCoast of Boston. It’s either this location or the smaller one near Providence.”
