“The money management app and perks are really cool!The app takes too long to log into, and the services there fail a lot. They need to work on their IT side and investing there.Not 5 stars because I recently got off the phone and the person was rude. She hung up without asking if I needed anything else, or at least a goodbye. She sounded annoyed through the process of understanding how to apply for a personal loan.These are fundamental, customer service routines. So everyone else giving MITFCU the 1 star for rudeness, I wholly sympathize with them. I will update this review over time as I continue being a member, ESPECIALLY if I continue experiencing rude, customer-UNFRIENDLY behavior. Each encounter is 1 star off.”
“I joined JDCU when I got my first ever auto loan on a new car a couple years ago. The staff at the Westford branch were so patient with me and my million newbie questions!! Checking and making loan payments with them have been smooth sailing. I highly recommend JDCU to folks in the area if they're looking for a credit union for their banking and loan needs.”
“I have been with Jeanne D'Arc for years, since I was able to open an account with a bank I could trusted. They are very dedicated and supportive in all of the branches that I've been to, in MA. I smile and show them respect. Understandable, not everyone has that positive spirit with issues or concerns already in mind when they get there. If we all could see things from others views, maybe there wouldn't be much angery comments I've seen on this site. I just wanted to show these branches some love. “We have been members of DCU since it first started. We have always liked them and everybody is friendly. Their services are good and their rates are very good. A great bank to deal with. We were able to get a special loan for a used car that we were not able to get that some other banks.”
“Recently. I experienced a fraudulent charge using my debit card. As with all theft related issues, felt exposed and open to more than just the small charges taken. MVFCU fraud center was able to identify and cancel my card and Diane at the local branch helped me with re-issuing a new debit card and walking through my process of frustration. She was very knowledgeable and even reached out to another Dept to verify information. Thank you for continued valuable customer support.”

“I love Jeanne D'Arc. Most of my interaction has been very positive. The staff are nice and usually smile.Need a new debit card, no problem.I rarely go into the lobby, there is always a line but it moves right along. One downfall is the ATM seems to be out of order frequently.”
