“I purchased a home in October 2023 when mortgage rates were sky-high. From all the mortgage rate quotes I received, Metro Credit Union had one of the best mortgage interests, by a decent margin too. David Varno was our assigned mortgage specialist and he was superb in guiding me through the process. He was communicative, easy to reach and pro-active in getting all the paperwork and ducks in order for the underwriter to sign. Overall, while I feel like the process took a bit longer than I was expecting (due to my complicated financial background), I still recommend this credit union for the competitive rates.”

I smile and show them respect. Understandable, not everyone has that positive spirit with issues or concerns already in mind when they get there. If we all could see things from others views, maybe there wouldn't be much angery comments I've seen on this site. I just wanted to show these branches some love.
