“Grafton true value is not your typical local hardware store. I'm always impressed with them. As a Plumber (Wachusett Plumbing) I'm usually one to skip past small hardware stores because they tend to not have what I need to finish a job.
Three big things:
They know exactly what I'm talking about and what I'm looking for, which isn't the case at most other places.
When you walk in, they immediately ask you what you need and bring you directly to the exact isle and hook.
When you need something a little peculiar, they may not have that specific oddity, but they'll know with about what you need and what they carry to get your job done.
They're just great.
They're right on Hamilton Street which is also convenient.”
“Skip the trip to Home Depot, they have it all here. This is my go to place when I need stuff for my house. Deceivingly large interior with a little bit of everything. I also do the rental department for some specific tools that I'm not ready to commit to yet. :)”
“I called early this am, 4-16-24. The person who answered told me one of the tech would call me by 9 am, when they get in. Adam called me about 8:50. I told him the situation of how my keys were screwed and I couldn't start my Jeep. He said he'd be there about 10:00 to 10:30. He was here about 10:30 and what a nice guy. It was well worth the $100 on-site call! He got one of my keys back in the computer and I bought another key from him and he swapped out the innards with one of my cut keys and voila, I have two now. ONLY $150 more.This place is the real deal. If I could have driven to them, it would have only have been the $150. Most of the other places (Even dealerships), will rip you off for much more.After diagnosing the problem, he jot the job done damn quick. Couldn't ask for better service at a great price!”

“The folks at Ace Hardware are always so helpful and friendly. It’s nice to be able to get in and out quickly and without fighting for parking! They’re right down the road from me and it’s just a much nicer experience than the larger stores. I was there today and their associate Frank was so wonderful and welcoming. Always a great experience going there!”
“Came to use the dog wash after leaving from another one as it did not have a ramp for my newfoundland to get up into the bath. Luckily Tractor Supply has a great setup and I was able to get my boy up no problem (though he did resist a lil bit haha). Although the floor was a little dirty with old dog hair, for the price of 10$ you absolutely can't go wrong. They've got great name brand shampoos with all different kinds. Two workers came in to check on me throughout, explaining what to use and making sure I had towels. Very nice and cool way to wash your dog in the winter or anytime! I was able to use the dryer on him as well. Also noticed someone came in after me and they wouldnt let her use the tub i used until they sanitized it which i think is great. (There are two tubs, one is slightly better for larger dogs)Can't wait to come back!”

“Every time I search for hardwood suppliers in my area, C and S pop up. So finally went to take a look. The gentleman took the time to show me around and explain what hardwoods they had and what they usually carry and get in stock. They have your basics hardwoods like, poplar, maple, and cherry. Unfortunately, there is no Walnut, but definitely some great wood for a woodworker.
You can buy one board here or a whole pallet. I've tried a few other places, and they literally will not sell only one or four boards. You have to order a whole pallet. So this was nice.
Unfortunately, I didn't have my truck that day, or we would have bought some wood. Will definitely go back, as long as the customer service stays good like that.”

“This rating is for the staff that work at Lowes in Worcester, MA. The Lowes company need improvement when it comes to how they want managers to handle their third party deliveries. That said, the staff that works at the Worcester store are terrific. After we had been bumped from the appointed delivery day, Jeremiah not only came through with a solid delivery time (that required talking directly to the person making the delivery) but also substituted a better quality product for us when he noticed that one item was no longer in stock. Jeremiah also called me three hours after the delivery was supposed to be made just to make sure the job was completed and done well. Bravo, Jeremiah. Berenice, a clerk at the Pro Shop entrance, was extremely helpful directing me to were to go and who to speak with. She also noticed I was quite stressed, turned to me and asked, "Do you need a hug?" Her hug made me smile and helped turn my day around. Thank you Berenice!”

He came within one day of contacting him (we live in Arlington MA), was extremely confident (“100%” sure) of the source of water damage in one of our ceilings and repaired the upstairs leak in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. We will definitely recommend him to our neighbors and friends.”

“Some of their stuff is good and cheap prices but do your research as some of it is better than you think and some worse. Parking lot is definitely in the worse category. Its cramped and hard to access. Still shop there though.”
