“What a fabulous giftshop. I signed up for a class that was held in the back of the store. The class was to make a hand scorched cheese tray. Before class I had the chance to walk around the store and look at all the fabulous gifts. Staff was super nice and helpful when I had questions. They offer great hands on class all year...and a wide selection of cute gifts. I look forward to taking another class and buying gifts there...”

“I've known about Fitzgerald Tile as a great resource way back from years ago when they were located in Woburn and I needed a couple of tile projects done in 2000, and I have to say the newer location in North Reading is amazing in the setup and how the tile is displayed. Having both floor and walls showing good sizable areas using different tiles helps envision the final result. Also, I’d like to extend major kudos to Shawn Hugh, one of the design consultants who was extremely helpful honing in on what selections of tile, grout, accents, and edging would work best with my bathroom project. Looking forward to the new look once it’s installed. Thank you again Shawn and the team at Fitzgerald Tile!”

“We came back from three weeks of vacation to find our house flooded from a broken pipe, which was pouring water from an upper floor over everything on the first floor and basement and had been for a long time. Dave came over same day and took eleven rugs to the ICU. They just came back today and Dave brought them back from the brink of death; even silk rugs that had bled, he washed the bleed out. Our 11x18 antique looks brand new (see below). Dave is the nicest guy, he helped roll the new rugs out in our new house. I'm so glad he helped rescue us from that disaster!”

“I had an incredibly friendly and savvy design consultant. Hannah was very patient with my questions and uninformed knowledge of the quality and selection of furniture. I am 80 and a widower who decided to buy a new couch and chairs for the house. With Hannah great design knowledge and eye I made a selection and brought my daughter to the showroom for final opinion. My daughter was totally impressed with the choice of style and fabric. Hannah made me look good which is to say she honored my selection and gave me some helpful advice. I highly recommend her and the furniture is very well made without being overly expensive.”

“I had this window in my bathroom shower area. Why there is a window there I have no idea. Anyway I needed shutters there for privacy when needed. “Custom Floor Design was terrific from start to finish. I found them online and did not have high expectations going there. I was wrong. The showroom was bright and very professional. And they had beautiful high end products. Our consultant, Kathy, was knowledgeable and very patient. She spent a long time with us as we were looking for an area rug. We could not decide that day, but went back and Kathy again showed us more. We purchased one outside our comfort zone because of Kathy. She was wonderful. Shipping and install was a dream. I cannot say enough about this company. A+!!”

“This store is very nicely set up and has great quality items for your home.. I would have gave the store 5 stars but they do not have a separate customer service line for returns and questions, you will have to wait on a long line that wraps around twice to get to the register after already waiting on the same very long line to make the purchase.. I'm returning my item because it did not come with all the items that was to be included in the box so I have to suffer on this long line once again.”

“I had a very good shopping experience at the store. I came from Lynn , MA almost an hour away from the store looking for new couches in a BD. I found what I was looking for. I was very pleased with the staff. The lady that was helping me was very friendly, but who made my experience better was zaid he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and he went out of his leave for me to get my couches on a day that was close so I pick them up because he knows I work the open. Thank you so much for your help guys keep up the good work. I will definitely see you guys soon.”

“On a rainy day in Spring 2024, I spent a couple lovely hours at the Sleep Number store in Burlington. Cristina was so patient while I acted like Goldilocks trying all the different beds. I actually nodded off while she was helping someone with a pillow purchase! We ended up buying a split top King and we still love the bed so much. I feel grateful every night that I have such a luxurious bed! Cristina helped me with the coupons and codes, and got the price to an affordable number for me. I went back for the cooling sheets (awesome) and my husband’s side sleeper pillow. We now own 5 Sleep Number beds in my family. Couldn’t recommend any higher!!!”

“I love, love, love Sandy. Her shop is the she-shed of the North Shore full of wonderful finds. When you walk in the door it's an immediate hug of warmth and charm. If you need a unique gift Sandy will help. You'll find vintage as well as new so there's truly something for everyone. Sandy also does custom champagne glasses for the absolute perfect shower or wedding gift. She's done multiple sets for me, which not only the mothers of the bride, but the brides and their bridesmaids went crazy over. She has also customized a set of Christmas wine glasses that I shipped to Florida and were very well received. I was told they were the tall of the couple's holiday party. If you're in the area it's a must to stop in. Sandy's fun bright spirit and her warmth alone are earth the stop?”

“I recently had a wonderful experience at Ethan Allen while shopping for a new sofa and chair. My husband and I were ready to refresh our living room after having the same furniture for many years. We wanted an updated look without replacing everything or exceeding our budget. I originally went in with a specific sofa in mind, but after discussing our space and vision with Sam, he recommended options I had not considered. He immediately recognized that our existing furniture looked too small for our large living room and suggested a larger sofa to become the focal point of the room. He also recommended replacing our loveseat with a chair to better balance the space and suggested moving our larger dining room rug into the living room. This simple change created the right balance in the room and was another example of how Sam helped us refresh our space while staying within our budget. He was absolutely right on every recommendation. One of the most challenging parts of the process was choosing from Ethan Allen’s incredible selection of fabrics. The choices are endless, and Sam was beyond patient as I changed my mind, asked countless questions, and compared different options. When I had difficulty visualizing how certain fabrics and choices would look in our space, Sam went above and beyond by coming to our home to help guide us. His knowledge, honesty, and eye for design made what could have been a daunting decision much easier. After receiving our furniture, we couldn’t be happier with the result. Our living room has been completely transformed into a beautiful, updated space while still incorporating pieces we wanted to keep. Sam truly understood our vision, respected our budget, and made the entire experience enjoyable. We are so grateful for his patience, expertise, and thoughtful recommendations. If you are shopping at Ethan Allen, I highly recommend asking for Sam.”

“Bought an hour glass table with a glass top didn't realize when I was putting in my car that it wasn't attached to the top the top fell off and shattered in the million pieces in the parking lot. The staff there is amazing They offered to give me my money back and also swept up everything in the parking lot. I'm broken hearted that I didn't get to take the table home but I couldn't be more grateful how I was treated.”
