Walgreens is an okay store with a vast variety of items, where customers can usually find what they need. The store is clean, including the restroom. The pharmacy is great, with knowledgeable and helpful staff who are polite, answer questions, and do their best to have prescriptions ready. Multiple reviews praise the extremely nice, kind, professional, and gracious staff. However, the pharmacy is also a significant issue for some, with reports that there is often no pharmacist on duty, preventing customers from getting their medications.
Best experience at Walgreens in Northampton, Ma. Tommy, Gary and Tiffany are absolutely the best. ☺️
