It hadn't, but Ariana took the time to check her messages for me, and also made sure she had my contact information so she could call me later when it was ready. Later when it was called in, she contacted me right away to let me know it would be ready in about half an hour. When my family member went to pick it up, she expressed genuine concern and said she hoped I'd feel better soon. Thank you for the kind care and appreciation, Ariana!”
