“Excellent service, I have had a number of phone carriers and have never had a good experience in store. David, the store manager, made everything so easy. He was knowledgeable and personable unlike a lot of representatives I’ve dealt with in the past and knew everything AT&T had to offer. I will 100% be back to this store if I need anything else”

“On 7/15/24 I brought my iPad into the Verizon Store on Technology Dr. in Hudson MA. Three days prior my iPad had lost its cellular connection. I had the good fortune of having Michael assist me. He spent quite a bit of time trying to resolve the problem on his own, with assistance from another employee and with tech support over the phone. Additionally he was able to help other customers while working on my issue. We were getting to the point that I was going to have to go to the Apple Store and determine if it was a hardware vs a network issue. One last attempt and success was achieved! He could have thrown up his hands at any point but didn’t. Verizon is lucky to have Michael (sorry I don’t remember his last name) as an employee. When it’s time to upgrade I will definitely return to this Verizon store. Thank you Michael and thank you Verizon,”

Today I needed a new screen protector and had a billing issue that I tried to resolve myself last month with Verizon customer service over the phone, and I was told it was resolved but it wasn’t. “Elshad is amazing!! He is VERY talented and knowledgeable and beyond that he is very honest. I went to Elshad today as my touch screen for my iphone X was not responsive. He first tried to fix it without changing the screen. He then gave me a very competitive price and he gave me a one year warranty. He was so good that I wanted to give him a little more than he had quoted me but he refused to take it as he said if he wanted more money he would tell me that other things were wrong. He is a good man. Go see him if you need your phone fixed. Thanks Elshad!!!”
“Everyone in there went above and beyond. Mark, Jamaale, and Casey were all so kind and helpful and not even only to me. The issue Eye was having caused me to be in the store for many hours and Any other customer that came in while Eye was in there they were also so kind and attentive to. That day also happened to be the day the higher ups were in the store (including Mark) and it was still so great even with what Eye’m sure was added pressure.”
