“I am so impressed by the customer service I experienced at this location. I am a vendor in the Chicago suburbs and had a customer claim she didn't receive her package a week and 2 days after it was delivered and was also asking for a refund. I called this location (as it was her local USPS) and the manager/post master (I assume) was so pleasant and kind. He looked up the GPS coordinates with the tracking number, which determined the package in question was DELIVERED to the correct location at the time of the scan. He even took the time out of his day to drive to the location for me and check to see if it was still in the package lockers which are locked (which it wasn't).If you are not a vendor that ships solely through USPS, you may not understand how REFRESHING it is to receive superb customer service like this...especially from hundreds of miles away. It helped me decide how to approach my customer in regards to a refund. Luckily, after I sent her an email that he had driven out there and could not locate the "missing package" and the GPS coordinates confirmed it was not mis-delivered, it miraculously appeared. How bout dat?Thank you! You are a kind, sweet soul and you deserve recognition for going above and beyond for me. So much appreciation for you!”

Van Pool withholding my taxes and didn’t paid used defamation like went I used to worked with them , all complaints is already in attorney general is better that parents bring their kids in need to school that Van Pool included not want repairs neither Vans is not safety.”

“Love my local post office! Recently had an exceptional experience with Monique when a package I was expecting had made it to this location but was somehow rerouted and was being sent back in the direction of the sender. Monique was extremely helpful, found the details of what happened, and took down my phone number. She explained it might be a few days to get it back. She called me 2 days later when she'd got the package back to their location to let me know she'd found it and it was now out for delivery. I honestly didn't expect to receive a call back, I thought she was just being polite. Really appreciated the exceptional customer service. Thank you Monique!!!”
“Received an email telling me the package I sent to my aunt a week ago was being held at the post office for pickup. Not sure why; I called the post office this morning and talked to the nicest woman who found the package and assured me it would be delivered today. That is service with a happy ending for everyone!
