I love getting the same tellers every time I go in, no guess work and no one trying to up sell me accounts that I don't need! Rockland may be a big bank but without the big bank hassles!”
“Ive had my acct. For 5yrs n overdraft on occasion n they always taken if off for me so great job..well a few weeks ago it happened again n they helped me as usual..then my dog died...n my memory just out the window totally screwed up my acct. So I went down n talked to the manager (the tellers were so nice) and the manager listened to my situation Michael R. he said lets take a look...n to my surprise he straightened my acct. out ..would have costed me way more than i could afford..and messed up my bills next month..TY!! I'll never leave this bank they helped above and beyond! Had compassion for me n thats something rare..”
