“Called here today for a discontinued toolbox. A woman with a cool Irish accent was so patient and kind with me on the phone while I asked her to look up several different sku # to see what they had in stock. When I arrived, the same woman, Rachel, was just as kind, patient and thorough in person as she was on the phone. Jess, the woman who rang me up, was super friendly and kind. She engaged with my 6 month old son who I was carrying and made him smile. When Rachel and Brian were loading my purchases onto my trailer, Brian and I engaged about the device he used to bring the toolboxes outside, he was also kind and friendly. I had a wonderful experience with this purchase, and it was also my birthday, which made the experience even better! I'd make this my go to HFT if it wasn't so far from my home.
