On a recent project, Dan came just to make sure the installation was as promised, just back from a medical issue that probably should have kept him tethered to the office. Meanwhile our salesperson, Ken called during and after the installation to make sure all went well. The owner, Sanjay came to make sure the Eero system was optimized!”

“Marcos and his staff couldn't be more professional, friendly & personable (tell me where you find THAT anymore!!). I had to switch carriers due to false advertising about my " excellent coverage" at my home address after a tower shutdown..."Doesn't effect your service & your phone's fine". Marcos and his staff took care of me & within 10 minutes we were ready to activate. His/their patience due to a ridiculous faux paus on the other carrier's end caused him to take 45 mins he shouldn't have had to, to rectify it. Remained cool, calm, patient & friendly all thru it. VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM, HIS BUSINESS, THE WAY I OBSERVED HIM TRAINING & TREATING HIS EMPLOYEES...IT STARTS AT THE TOP...THE TRICKLE DOWN IS EXTREMELY POSITIVE & HELPFUL TOO!! THIS CRICKET OFFICE OF MARCOS' IS JUST THE WAY A PERSON SHOULD BE TREATED. LOVE THEM...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ??”
“Michael and his team are awesome. I couldn't turn my cell phone on the other day and thought it died. However, when I went to the T-Mobile store in Hyannis (where I bought the phone 3 years ago), Victor was able to tell that it was a software issue. He had my phone up and running in less than 2 minutes. The staff at this store is customer focused and a pleasure to deal with.”
