He walked me through the entire process and was very accessible & responsive to my needs along the way. “Switched over today because I was in need of a new phone and was able to take advantage of their trade in deal and got a new iPhone 16. Ronny R helped me out he was super fast and quick and he even knew a lot about apple itself and was able to transfer everything without a backup and walked out with my phone fully functional with all my info. I highly recommend Ronny he really knows his stuff well and his multi tasking skills are very impressive I noted that as well”

“Baa Humbug, it’s just so sad that the manager Kathy made no effort to rectify a mistake made by a sales rep. My kids will not be getting the Christmas gift they asked Santa for this year. I went into the store in Saugus to purchase two apple watches, made it clear I needed the watches for Christmas, there weren’t any in stock so the rep offered them to be overnighted, I agree to pay $14 extra fee, then asked again before I signed, the sales rep assured me that yes I would be getting the watches overnighted. To my dismay I received an email two hours later saying the watches would arrive the day after Christmas. I called and Kathy told me there was nothing that she could do once the order was placed. Doesn’t matter that is was their employe who made the error.
No way to fix it?? No solution??? It’s just the way it is....

“Unfortunately I had discontinued my service for at home Internet and tv already and this location had nothing to do with that decision but I still needed to go to Verizon to return the equipment. Many Verizon's in this area will not accept returns. Only this location and Charlestown, to my knowledge from calling around.
I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and got an emailed receipt right away. There are no paper receipts for returns, all electronic now. Much better vibe than when this was located in malden square.”
