“I like this place, including the hours they have. I ship and pick up boxes all the time for the past 6 years and never had a problem. If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”

“The staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick. They don't always open right at 8:30 AM, which can be tricky if you are in a rush. Be mindful that this location may open a few minutes late and there can be a line of people waiting for it to open. Love that they have tape and other shipping supplies available if needed!”
