“First time dealing with this location. I went there last minute notice. moving into a new apartment and needed some stuff right away. They are short staff, but you wouldn't know by the way they took care of me. It made me feel like they had a full staff and got everything done quickly and responsive. they were able to help me out very quick, very responsive. I don't know that their names.The manager and the assistant manager, but I will have to say their customer services by far the best!”

As I'm some ungodly number of hours into learning about this stuff, it seems very clear to me that the more I learn, the more there is to learn. Marc does his best to make it accessible.
There are many listening rooms and they're all quite amazing even though I don't exactly know what I'm talking about.
There's also a room for secondhand audio where I've bought a few amazing things at very reasonable prices.
There's a section where you can shop for records as well.
Lastly, there are a few brands of headphones they carry but it's mostly focal.”

“Sal provided such an outstanding experience at GameStop. I ordered online for pickup and was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. The store was clean, well organized, and truly a dream for both kids and adults. When I shared why I was there, Sal and his colleague immediately stopped what they were doing, grabbed my order, and checked me out quickly.
I mentioned that my 7 year old son is obsessed with Pokémon cards, which Sal instantly related to. After patiently listening to me explain and ask questions as a very clueless mom about what my son likes, he took the time to tell me about the upcoming Pokémon Ascent Heroes box being released on Feb 20 and the benefits of preordering it. I ended up preordering without hesitation.
What really stood out was Sal’s thoughtfulness and genuine kindness. When I asked about the XL large Pokémon cards, he confirmed they were real and then briefly disappeared into the back. He returned with two large cards for my son and one for my daughter. I was so surprised and offered to pay, but he insisted I take them free of charge. The fact that he remembered I had a daughter and made sure she was included meant so much.
Sal is a rare find, and GameStop is lucky to have him. He truly went above and beyond when he didn’t have to, and because of him, GameStop has gained a loyal customer who will absolutely be sharing this wonderfully positive experience!”
“Store was clean and had exactly what I was looking for in stock and ready. Went early morning and as expected the crew was a little light, but knowing how businesses like this operate it wasn't a problem. The staff was still friendly and attentive while doing their work. The Ulta section looks to be going through a remodel or maybe a directional shift based on the instock. One register, but it was plenty for the few of us shopping at 6.”

“Aarons is THE best!!! I had an emergency move bc of a stalking situation and had to leave almost all my belongings behind. Aarons of Nashua was very quick to step up and not only help me furnish my new place, but helped me stay within my budget, with no pressure to spend more! I had to leave behind 3 Air Conditioners and when it was consistently 80 degrees in my home, I have pets as well, and couldn't afford a new AC that would cool my entire apartment, Aarons called a delivery employee who was off work, and delivered a brand new AC, installed it (im single and knew nobody to help me), and it was not only within my budget but it cools my entire apartment! AND had it delivered and set up within ONE HOUR! I didn't realize how sick the heat was making us (my pets too) until my apartment started cooling down.
Aarons I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU ALL! You are super kind friendly and fast! I couldn't appreciate you all more than I already do! And I now have a cool beautiful new apartment that feels like home again! Thank you so very much! Sending you all blessings, love and light energies always ✨ 🙏 💛”

“I got an advertisement from Consumer Cellular in the mail and calculated how much I could save by switching from AT&T so I went to Target to get more information and switch over. After waiting 20 minutes or so for the staff to finish with other customers I gave up and went to the AT&T store. The clerk at the AT&T store found me a plan that met my needs and cost $15 a month less than the plan I would have gotten from Consumer Cellular at Target. If Target weren't short-staffed I would have missed that opportunity. So thanks, Target, your short-staffing saved me a lot of money!”

“They still have my favorite French vanilla hot coffee /Cocoa or whatever that powder stuff is. The 7/11 in Nashua changed their machine out for some weird other machine, and the French vanilla is garbage. This one in Townsend/ Pepperell still has the tried and true French vanilla powder coffee dispenser , I don't even know what it's called, but if you know , you know. It's so sweet and creamy and hot. I want to go get a cup right now. Please never change it! For the love of God! LOL Don't sell out and try to be fancy...just leave well enough alone! It's the only 7/11 around me that I know of, and I need my french vanilla fix! Rant over lol”
