“After having a poor experience at the Colony place location (which I’ve since learned is not affiliated with this one) I was thrilled to receive kind and helpful service here. I was looking to get upgrade my cellphone and potentially get a new plan. The man I worked with was incredibly helpful and ready to answer all the questions I threw at him. As someone who needs to see numbers for them to all make sense I truly appreciated that he was willing to show me on a calculator how everything was going to add up to our total cost. I didn’t catch his name but my receipt lists the salesperson as Richard L so hopefully that’s him! He was incredibly kind and honest about what was going to be best for me. I was having anxiety coming into this after my last experience at the other Verizon. this service was exactly what I needed. Thank you”

“The staff are always pleasant and efficient. They keep the coffee station area stocked and clean so you can go right in and make whatever you want for yourself. Grab a few things you need for home/work (milk, drinks, sandwich, chips, baked treats etc.). Always in and out quickly! Thank you to the staff ? I appreciate it!”

“This store should not to be confused with the 7-11 near the historical area with limited hours. This is the one next to the New CVS, and is open 24/7 including holidays. What is nice is that fresh pizza, burgers or wings can be made, if you ask. They also have healthy food.”
“I had problems with making phone calls with my phone and so I went to the Cricket store to get that resolved. I met Gustavo who helped me. He was very friendly and helpful. He spent over an hour trying to resolve this issue as this is something that also needed help from Cricket support. He was able to get it working and I left the store super happy. I would highly recommend coming down to the store if you have a problem with your phone.”
